I then told you if you use your brother's account you will get both of the accounts banned longer. So, you changed your brother's nickname to yours, and even confessed saying "my brother is at my mother's address" So, you were banned for 14 days on both accounts. The links that you sent me got eidahn punished, but that doesn't stop you from getting punished too.
sniffsnuff	Date sent: 2017/06/03 15:23:20 A couple of weeks ago My horse was stolen and renamed from outside of spawn by Eidhan.I was told this when I entered the game by a few players which were online at the time.I took my trained horse and renamed him and put him back. When I returned to the game he had stolen it again.He then killed my brother and stole all his stuff. He has killed me in a PVP safe zone abusing his lighting command resulting in me losing some very expensive stuff. Today he was threatening me from the moment I joined the game after I asked for my stuff back. Look at the picture using invisible he was trying to get a creeper to blow me up while I was AFK this is BYPASS, isn't it? He also knocked me off a wall in a mob area while I was AFK resulting in Mobs attacking me. Everywhere I go he harasses me trying to kill me. What do you want me to do Lay there and take it? Your clearly biased in your decision to ban me and I feel I'm not being fairly treated here.

I still do not have my expensive armor bow and sword which was stolen from me or compensation for a horse which was stolen and killed. Secondly, where is the proof I bypassed the game please justifying my ban? Iv been a member since Join Date: April 5th, 2015 - 5:59 pm I have never broken any rules harassed or bullied anyone on this server in all that time.I will not tolerate people using all the tricks and glitches to gain an advantage over other players.I will stand up to bullies and injustice til my last dying breath this guy picked on the wrong person and I will not rest until I get justice.My reputation has been tarnished and i demand a proper hearing.I will take this to the high court. i refer you to rule 4 (staff rules)

Eidahn	Date sent: 2017/06/03 20:53:17 sniffsnuff i didn't touch you on your "safe height", what even is that? smiting you a block away from safezone? got any evidence? when you say "using invisible" what do you mean? also "spawning creepers" how do i do that? im only vip+ rank, i cant spawn in any mobs. i didn't steal anybody's animals, that screenshot of me taking some1's horse was a joke between me and a friend, i said i took the horse when i just gave it a saddle and rode around with it. who's items did i steal? all the items i got are legit, i didnt steal your items and Ck confirmed that. you left pvp on and that is your fault so deal with it instead of blaming the staff of being useless. you should be banned or back in jail and I'm sure that when staff revise this they will punish you accordingly. you have insufficient evidence and you narrow yourself down as a complete victim.

Like excuse me, he just waltzed on in here with screenshots that provide next to no evidence and got unbanned? He constantly blames me of abusing my "position" and he is completely hypocritical. He tells Matt not to "slag off staff" where as when I killed him in my faction land he went network and screamed at cl for not doing his job. As soon as I logged onto the server sniffsnuff instantly came to warp jail to taunt me. The funny thing is that all my friends instantly came while as when he was in jail nobody even have a shit. I think that goes to show quite a lot about my "position" on the server.

Looking at the screenshots, I immediately took interest in the one where you said Eidahn was in the tree using invisibility hacks. If Eidahn was in the tree, using invis, how tf could you know where he was? The only plausible explanation for that is you were using a tracker hack, like good ol' Rum did when he was 'hacked'. In case you hadn't realised, that would result in another ban. With the chat screenshots, they show no evidence, apart from Eidahn joking around in chat. Since when was a bit of banterous humour ban worthy? Also, not being funny, whenever a player speaks using words like 'aboos' or '/band' etc., it's bloody sarcasm. You also don't show proof of Eidahn stealing the horse, or doing anything to it. Just chat logs of him talking to the player who threatened to kill him for supposedly riding away on the horse. I don't think you should have been unbanned. 2 weeks isn't long, and if you are lying about your brother being with the Mother (like we all suspect), you were ban evading too. Eidahn served his punishment, whereas you got upset because you didn't get your way. Being on the server a long time doesn't automatically mean that everyone is going to bow down and kiss the ground you walk on Sniff. I originally had quite some respect for you, but most of, if not all of it seems to have evaporated. *sing song voice* Fucking ridiculous!

This server is freebuild pure survival, with factions so you can work together with others! Our aim at Mushroom Co. is to provide the best server experience for any player. You try and justify through i fear misguided loyalty.The actions of a player who does not and clearly evidence proves live up to that quotation. In the mean time i respect the decision given by the owner of this server a server i have played on and off for about two years now and until the owner of this server says other wise will continue to do so.
