Matodir, he isn't back, he is still banned. If he was back, he would be unbanned and back on the server, and we can't know how he would act on there.

And mat, anyone who writes a ban appeal like this: "Hey i'm back, please unban me, I was banned like a year ago" should be auto-unbanned according to you?

He changed armz, come on. If you're so cautious be very strict with him should he be unbanned.

What I mean is, a lot of people had second and third chances. Why not stojan?

I could swear, that if stojan made a huge ban app and acted all sorry you'd say he's just acting and not meaning anything, so you'd keep him banned. So why would he make a ban app? He was just straight, short and honest, after a year he believed he learnt his lesson and is ready to come back. If he's mean to everyone again, re ban him.

I might just have considered giving him a new chance if he had shown any interest in coming back, and not made a half-assed ban app.

I've said that just begging and talking if you don't mean it is pointless, because in many cases people have done that after being banned over and over again.
