Username:Arcinic7Why you were banned:for grief for over 5000 blocks by James When you were banned:On may 7 or 8 I wanted sandstone so i was in a desert with 10blocktwo he started digging,when I had to leave we were almost done gathering all the sandstone in the area of the walls I put up but I just left it like that and next thing I know is i got banned by James. If I could be unbanned the would be nice and if I dont get unbanned I could probably understand why. (but i like this server and go on it almost everyday and rarely go on other servers) |

The player that was living by the sand you removed didn't want the sand removed. He also told me you mess with him a ton. Remember this is the second time you was banned, I am not gonna unban you yet because I wanna see community input on wither or not you get unbanned. I don't really know what to think about this... I mean, I understand why the player nearby was pissed, and yes, Arcinic could have run farther away from the build, but I don't think it's worthy of a ban - it's something that could have easily been sorted out between the two players and/or a staff member in game. If there were screenshots of this harassment perhaps I would be moved to think for the favour of the other player. Let's not forget ladies and gentlemen, that a while back, Shin and another player (maybe minoi - again) were harassing a player, and it was sorted out in game (granted after alot of bs... but it was minoi...) +1 for unban ~Rachel |

OMG are you serious about that he mined that in the WILDNESS he can't get banned for that it's just some sand come on ! It's not like he's hacking or something ! He just mined sand + he could have just replaced it ! |

i feel like this situation should be sorted out in game, especially if situations like this have previously been sorted out in game, its just wrong and unfair to handle familiar situations differently +1 unban |
