i was stripped of my /gmc after totems of undying were found in my shop. i understand now that those were illegal, and i removed them after i was told before anyone could purchase them from my shop. i'm sorry for not knowing that those items were illegal, as they were given to me, and not spawned in by me. all i ask is that i get my creative back, as i use it for building purposes. thanks, and sorry. |

i only complain when it is utter bullshit that it happened. i had no idea the items were spawned in, because i had no idea what they were (1.8 fanboi here). once i was told they were spawned in and illegal, i removed them, and found out today that my gmc was lost. i'm not being salty, i'm being pissed off (difference) |

Without either of these you have no solid ground and will not be believed. The amount you were selling made it obvious that they were not found, only 2 - 3 mansions have been found and i know that only 1 - 2 players were lucky enough to find a totem of undying. it's pretty obvious that they weren't found and just given to you. like who tf gives away like 6 totems of undying..? who even finds that many!? i think this whole post is teaming with lies, and they're bad ones. especially how you've basically tried to deny the evidence that we already have. |

You practically admitted on another post to selling gmc items in your shop and stated that you were allowed to as long as they were at a high price even after a bunch of us said you couldn't. As for your tp, constantly abused even after being told NOT to do it again u did more than once and then had the gall to tease me after I requested tp removal saying you and staff are friends so they won't take it away and that you could do whatever you want and won't be punished.I do believe on the gmc side though that punishment should be fair across all architects. Maybe lose it for a certain amount of time for a first warning but a second infraction should be way longer or permanent. TP however should not of been included in the first place as it does not protect players in there own claimed land from architects tp'ing into claimed areas. |

Deeply sorry Asriel, but I must agree with Irk. I disagreed with the idea of gmc, staff being lenient is even worse, they must be strict with gmc abusers from the beginning in order to contain it in the future.Also dear luigi and staff, do not give him his gmc back please, because you all say that he just 'donated' and his gmc is a 'goody bag' as a 'thank you'. Now if he was a naughty boy, he doesn't deserve a goody bag does he now. |

matt, what the hell are you talking about? i'm not lying, and i can back myself upsomeone traded me for those totems, and i didn't know what they were, so i put them in a chest for a bit before deciding to put them in my shop. (btw, it's a sign shop, not a chest shop) i then noticed they were removed a few days later and asked why (yes, they were removed, i never removed them myself, sorry for that mistake). they told me the items were illegal, and i accepted that they were removed because i had no idea at the time. it was a few days later that my /gmc was removed, and that's when i started questioning things, since i think that was a bit too far for me not knowing what i was doing. btw galbby, i think that's what it does as well. on the language that i use for minecraft, it's not called a "Totem of Undying", so i didn't know. the name kinda makes it obvious tho :/ |

They are not able to be obtained normally, so Chip allows us to buy them. Totems of Undying ARE found naturally, so you can't spawn them in. |

Staff are allowed to sell spawned in item's such as ck's head shop and chip selling barriers at his shop to make these items accessible to players. They are trusted to sell these not to make a profit, but to make it available. Architects on the other hand, are not nearly as trustworthy, and therefore are not allowed to sell spawned in items, especially since they can be obtained in survival mode. |
