I think I should be a moderator of this server because I am on a lot of the time, people are always complaining about needing help with problems, and I feel as if I could help with said problems. This is my fourth mod application, as some of you may know, and that is because the last one I made was closed by me after a lot of inactivity, and me not really focusing on becoming staff at the time. I have also been told by a select few people that I should apply for staff, so that is another reason I have made these applications. I really hope I can become staff and help out on the server. How long can you be active on the server every day? Ask literally anyone who has gone to sleep with me online, and woke up to me still online. What country do you live in? Earth How long have you been on the server? I have been on the server since 12/23/14, so, over 4 years I hope being on the server even longer than before has helped people see me as a non-ass here. tooele. i always help people by either1. giving them things they may need, if i have them available 2. giving them tips on how to do something 3. straight up doing things for them 4. sticking up for people, or backing them up if i know they are right. you can ask anyone i have helped, or been helpful to in the past with anything, such as Pixelpeeps Susan minerand1 (yes, i've helped him out before) the server itself by spying on new players to see if they may use hacks some players that have left, and do not remember their usernames Nickle909 many new players that may may need help while first joining and minoi for burning down his statue multiple times (lol chip can't yell at me for that) now stop saying i am not helpful and actually get to know what i do, instead of seeing me on the server for no longer than 10 mins and assuming i don't do shit. i actually try to help people on this server, as it is my favorite server i have played on (the community is kinda "meh"), and i want people to enjoy playing on it. now, about the toxic part. yes, i may come off as a bit rude to people sometimes, as do others such as chip, and anyone who says that i am toxic, because most of the time, i am against their wrong actions. i try not to do wrong much, but with like 10 people always breathing down my neck pointing out every small mistake i make and making it major, it's kinda hard to defend myself at all when i do something. also, "dooshbag" 10/10 would spel agen. chip. i attack you because you also attack me. we are both in the wrong for doing so at this point. also, i do not give a shit about your staff position. you are nothing but any other player to me. you sound like vegeta with the "I AM PRINCE OF ALL GODDAMN SAIYANS" bullshit. me doing anything to you is the same as doing anything to minoi. now, in reply to dylan's reply. way back then when you were staff on the server, i may have been a lot worse, but recently, i have changed for the better. the only problem i have is the people who are 24/7 against me and every one of my actions. i understand that you have seen the bad me, but i already know that i was a dooshbag back then. also, i appreciate all of your guys' votes, and i still wish myself good luck. |

i returned to the server more than a month ago. i was on for christmas, and before that as well. i haven't broken many rules except for an accidental grief, a grief on an unclaimed cobblestone tower with lava around it, and a grief on a ship that i had permission to grief. other than that, i never have intent on breaking the rules, and i don't really have a history of going out of my way to break rules |

1. You did not have permission to grief the ship 2. Without permission you destroyed parts of the build that is not yours. Claimed or not, lava around it or not, that is griefing. 3. You griefed spawn town. Literaly on a spawn path and 3 blocks away from a build. So there is no way you did not see the build or the spawn path you put the rails and tnt minecarts on.  4.You brought in OP items into the world which is against the rules and used them on unsuspecting player(s).    5. You griefed the place right in front of CaptainGeorge195s base https://imgur.com/a/50jh1YB 6. You changed the time even when opposed  I think that is enough screenshots of you doing shit for now. Constantly breaking the rules while claiming it was "an accident" or that "its not your fault" or that "you had permission" just shows that you do not really understand the rules or if you do understand them then you break them with intent. Both are a big no no when becoming a staff member. One more thing that is not against the rules, but shows that not even your activity times can be trusted. You made a setup using water and signs that lets you be afk without being flagged by the server as "being AFK".  |

i've already explained the afk pools countless times. i just sit in them so i don't have to constantly be moving around to not be marked as afk, even thorugh i'm still reading chat for when people call me or need help with something. i don't want them to think i'm actually afk.about the flashbangs, those are easily made in survival, so i didn't think they were illegal to have, until i was told, then i never had them again. the other potions and arrows were taken with them too, so i haven't had any since i was told. about the explosion. i didn't think that it would damage the claimed land, so i didn't think much beforehand, but when it did, i fixed as much as i could before i immediately pinged staff to help fix it. it's not like i came with the intent of damaging shit then leaving like most trolls would do. you really like bringing the same shit up constantly just for the reason of reminding everyone of the few mistakes i've made in the past, and i'm not really a big fan of that. i understand that things like this do damage my chance of becoming mod, but this is about the 12th time you've brought up this same incident since it happened. |

+1Also, I used to do the afk thing too, then chad tp’ed to me and saw me, which he then said in my app. I only used it to not have the hassle to move, even though I’m always in chat, usually not afk, and when I went afk I did the /afk command. I think this should be allowed, even for people running for mod. |
