I'm sorry for having to complain, but...Bedrock is a one-member faction (Ra1nbowQueen) that currently owns a SHIT-TON (excusez le mot) of empty chunks at the new spawn. Absolutely nothing's going on there. I would like to say that I find this rather unacceptable. I'm sure Ra1nbowQueen has plans for them, but really? THIS many chunks? Can someone please do something about this? If not, could anyone tell me if Ra1nbowQueen is online often, because I would like to discuss buying one of his chunks from him. Ra1nbowQueen did this at the old spawn too. Ask a staff member and it will be unclaimed. |

Ok, so... I claimed back the land need for what I'm building, at least from what I can determine now. Also you realize I'm not the only one who has a lot of land at spawn, right? @Chip Firstly Chip, you didn't have to do that. If TheMario wanted some of my land, I would gladly offer him a chunk. I just like to get a lot of land some times for future projects because I always have plans. also It was being used... if you could not tell. I was mining out some stone inside the island for kinda like a Market or a Shopping Mall kind of thing. basically a huge Shopping Center. As I said... if TheMario wanted some of my land, I would glady of given him a chunk or two. I personally think its a good Idea to sort it out between two players first instead of getting a staff upright, I'm not saying anything bad about the staff whatsoever, i'm just saying having a talk with the other player about it would work, because you could talk about and solve the problem/s the other player is having about what you are doing, unfair amounts of land, etc, leaving both the other player satisfied and you satisfied. @TheMario Sorry if I'm not online sometimes, I'm on discord a lot, & I might sometimes forget to check on Minecraft. If I'm not online, please leave me a message (/mail send Ra1bowQueen [message]) and if there is a problem you are having with the amounts of land I own or such, when I'm online I can help sort it out with you. You shouldn't be taking so many resources from spawn anyway, it ruins the landscape.Also, you should only claim chunks at spawn as and when you use them, it's good that you would offer chunks to players if they wanted, but doesn't that mean that you had no reason to claim it in the first place? Also, new players may not have the patients or knowledge to ask for some chunks from you which you werent using. If you want to claim chunks for future projects, go ahead, but don't be so greedy at spawn where other people would like to build too. You had about 40 chunks claimed, some chunks were inbetween other faction's land which were so obviously claimed by you because you were greedy. There's no way you had a proper purpose for claiming a single chunk in the middle of another faction. |

+1 for Chips side.It grinds my gears that people claim more than possibly 5 at spawn, because it takes away from other people. IMO spawn is for showing off your builds, or making something useful. But if you want to claim 40 chunks just because "Hey! Free wilderness!" then I feel like you're doing it out of greed. |

Thank you for your response, Harvey! (Sorry for misgendering lol)Sorry it had to go like this, I guess I could've /mail-ed you... What you maybe could do is to build your project a short walk away from spawn, so that it is still visible but doesn't block everyone from claiming at spawn. Or even ask the mods to put a warp sign on the warps board near spawn! Anyway, thanks to Chip for helping out. It may have been a little harsh, but that was a LOT of claimed land. I'm gonna claim a chunk to use to advertise my faction, just like I did at previous spawn. I hope we can still become neighbours, Harvey! ~Mario |
