Second chance.This is something that makes the world go around. Even serious criminals such as murderers and rapists get second chances. Most of them use this chance to not make the same mistake and try and become a better person. They are given this chance so that they can reflect on their mistakes and make a positive impact on this world. I know it sounds cheesy, but we learn from our mistakes. I had no idea this was so serious and the community was so passionate and involved. Now, I feel like I can actually be helpful and beneficial to the community. I now understand the commitment of everybody. It may be a little late, but I truly and sincerely wish I get given a second chance to prove the potential assets I can bring to the community. Philosopher and writer Guy Debord once said, "In a world turned upside down, even truth is a moment of falsehood." Reflecting upon this quote, I feel as if I was in an upside world where I though what I did was funny. Now after speaking to the people who were affecting and my friend Denal13, who was falsely accused, I feel very bad and guilty. The emotions going through me are a very minor version of those emotion that go through the minds of criminals. Even if I do remain banned, I beg you, please at least urban Denal13. I only speak the truth, he only broke ten torches. I did everything. Please, believe in what I say. If you, as the community, decide to unban me, I would do my best to make up for my mistakes and contribute a significant amount to everyone. In conclusion, I would like to thank anybody who took their time to read my plead until the end. Once again, I sincerely apologize for my inappropriate, previous actions. Thank you. -i_am_Choi_Boi |

All right. i_am_Choi_boy was in my faction, and he did burn down everything. However, since then, he has been really apologetic about the whole situation. On our discord, i_am_Choi_boy and the rest of our faction talk a lot. From the past conversations with him over the past two weeks, he has been very sorry, and he really wants to get back on the server. We were the victims of the grief, but our faction has forgiven him since. I don't know what got into him when he was griefing, and I don't know why he did the grief. We were talking at the time, and he got angry from someone in our faction. What he did was out of anger and frustration, but because of this punishment, he has learned not to do what he did a second time. Him "spamming" the forums was him being desperate about his condition. I can understand it, but I would take different approaches to this. However, I do believe in his sincerity, and if our faction (the victims) forgive him, then the rest of the server should. I read some of the other threads, and I noticed a trend in the comments and replies. One of the replies were, "Everyone deserves a second chance." And on some of these threads, there were multiple offenses or reasons of some of their bans: hacking, disrespect to server and staff, and inappropriate posts on the forums. The reasons listed were all committed at by a single person, and people sympathized with that person. i_am_Choi_boy broke one rule severely, but he can come back from it. Everyone can come back from all sorts of wrong acts. "Everyone deserves a second chance." +1 |
