when I applied for moderator I saw people applying when they were in 3 days or a few weeks, I think we should add some regulations for Moderator ApplicationsSome regulations for Moderator Apps: After 2 months of Ontime, any player can apply for the server. Only Staff can Vote for Applications in Bold +Support for Yes -Support for No and +/-Support for unsure, staff can change the decision anytime For 3 Admin+ supports and 3 Moderator Support you can be ranked to moderator. You can decrease the number by a Dev Vote which is -1 for each Support or +1 depending on the Support. Staff Votes must include a reason for their support to avoid fights between the applicant and staff, Speaking of that, the applicant must NOT be able to be sending messages in the Topic. These are all ideas and, no I dont want my application to be voted by only Staff, Im doing this because I feel that the votes are not secure. |

There isn't a single mod application on the forum under your username Rex.Also applying multiple times won't get you any closer to staff than applying once. In fact it shows a lack of patients and lack of respect for the current application process There will never ever be automatic promotion to staff simply based on votes. Luigi has the final say in any staff selections anyway. If a member of staff does not wish to divulge the reason for or against a person being staff they are free to do so. Often it can't be explained in a simple sentence but behind the scenes we staff discuss the reasons with each other. They are allowed to update their application and if there's a potential staff opening bumps are allowed. Currently the applicant can put whatever they like in their thread but I like it to appear professional rather than "Cmon guys! All vote for me and I'll get it over all the other people who applied and got just as many +1s" |

I agree 100% with you. Myself either, have not seen any applications under your name ,Rex. And yes Hazza, It dosn't matter how many times you apply, the main factor is if it's worth promoting you. And Rex, I'm going to say it here. You use caps, kick people for no reason, accuse people unfairly, and are rude to staff. (Digs, You do this sometimes, but not as much). I personally do not recommend you to staff, although who knows.I have been involved in too many dilemmas with staff, and am feeling this will start another. -SireJordz_ |

I think non-staff should be able to vote because that's what really matters. Staff could easily abuse powers to get people on they staff team for personal reasons. The staff will just pick lots of donators and friends. What the citizens want is most important. |

Yes, staff may overlook players, but there are more citizens than staff so most-likely citizens would know most about the players. |

Contrary to popular belief, this is likely not a democracy. Staff should be chosen by Luigi based on maturity and past behaviors, not based on a popularity contest among the random citizens. |

I think it should be as Dig said, but maybe 3 moderator votes and 1 admin vote OR 1 owner vote. There aren't many admins that are on a lot so it could be problematic. And it should be only staff voting, as with non-staff the posts can get spammy and turn into something else altogether. If there is a good moderator application, then a staff member should +1 it if they like it, and non-staff should either ignore that section or not have access to post in it. |
