If he were a default it would be a different story.But as he is a citizen, he has clearly been on the server enough to have a friendly talk with a staff member... Being a citizen shows that he didn't join to just spam and be nasty. But of course being a citizen means he knew that what he was doing was out of order. Mute, then he still has the chance to form into a nice member of the community. |
