The player SneakySquirtle has undergone many punishments in return from his bad behavior. This player has Abused commands. Including spamming multiple times /me and /broadcast. This player has not listened to one staff member at all. He was first kicked multiple times. Then muted once. Then twice for spamming again. Then three times for not stopping. After this he deserved a small temp-ban, just a day, by a mod named jesseshee. After this he came back online to still insult and be plain disrespectfull to staff. So i had banned him. Then the moderator Blueroon had gotten him unbanned, My point here is that moderators should not unban players for no good reason, this player had caused plain chaos and had not stopped his rude behavior even with multiple punishments. Players should not be unbanned unless having a talk with the person who banned him/her. Thank you. |

He did nothing wrong that you couldnt have solved with a mute or jail. There was absolutely no reason to perm ban. And absolutely no reason AT ALL to ban him again after an ADMIN unbanned him. |

You do know he was jailed muted and banned already multiple times, We cant keep on letting him break rules then just get jailed and muted over again, if this did happen than we would have to deal with this same situation every day. And if you think YOU can handle him from breaking rules than go ahead and i wont stop him from breaking rules and spamming chat and disrespecting people the way he did. |

BlueRoon, you do know that she simply stated "He was Temp-Banned"not unbanned by another staff member. Your accusation is false and you do not have permission to unban someone who has been disrespecting staff and not obeying the rules. I am not a staff member but I still know what to do in this situation. So please, do not come back to me saying, "You aren't a staff member so be quiet." Like last time, mister. |

Temp-Mods probably shouldnt have temp-ban then since it can happen without other staff knowing and being able to rectify it if it was unjust. I trust in our temp-mods to only use temp-banning as a last resort :) |

Other staff are notified of both temp bans and perm bans, so there is no reason why temp-banning should not be used by temp-mods. |
