Username: Beetley Why you were banned: My ban message reads “Intent to cause harm in the highest degree.” However I believe that many other things contributed to my ban, such as my nastiness on the forums, spreading lies about my superiors, having no respect for authority and most of all, for just being flat out rude to the wonderful community of Mushroom Co. Being with family, and having a fantastic time lately has made me think, about all the mistakes I’ve made in my life, but also helped me to remember all the great moments. I remembered all the fun times I’d had on this server, enjoying the company of the other players – my friends. I remembered pig racing with Harveyc1, and having a pixel art contest with FasterAndFurious. But along with those happy memories, came the nasty ones too, the ones that made me regret everything bad I did whilst on the server. I disrespected players, I encouraged suicide, I was inappropriate and sexual in chat, I swore excessively, and I just ruined everything good on the server. All my chances of being staff, gone. All my chances of being a liked and respected player, gone. All my chances of being allowed back onto the server, gone. I know I shouldn’t have done it, and I don’t think even god knows what drove me to do it. But I did, and I know that I cannot change what I did in the past, all I can do is ensure that it doesn’t happen again. I remember an old saying (I read it in the worst book ever written). “One evening an old Cherokee Indian told his grandson about a battle that goes on inside people. He said, ‘My son, the battle is between two ‘wolves’ inside us all.One is Evil. It is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good. It is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith.’ The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather: ‘Which wolf wins?’ The old Cherokee simply replied, ‘The one you feed.’” I fed the bad wolf, I was rude, I wronged, and I still feed the bad wolf as I regret my actions. However I wish to show the server that I have changed, I feed the good wolf now. I have no hate towards anyone, I just want to come back and have a good laugh with my mates, like old times. I cannot do any more than appeal for the unban, it’s your choice as to whether or not I am unbanned. Any answer would be fine, even a straight up “GTFO”. All I ask is that you read the appeal and understand what I’m trying to say. When you were banned: I was banned on the ninth of December 2016. So you seem to have changed and I respect you for understanding how toxic you were to other players and bring negativity to players in general I wasn't personally targeted by any of this, but I could see how it affected other people. As long as you stop and never purposely be toxic, bully or cause harm to the community I'm all for it +1 |

I, too, have been muted many times in the past. I didn't enjoy it, but I'll do whatever I can to rebuild the reputation I had before I became the bad Beetle.Being muted is better than being banned, as all I really want to do is play the game with all my old friends. Do some builds, see how everybody is. I don't care about the chat. |

Blue "abused" occassionally. It wasn't exactly abuse. He just punished a little more harshly than the other staff, and sometimes threatened with other things.It was a shame when he left, he was a good friend of mine. No, my skin is a troll. A couple of my mates got our other friends skin and pasted half of it onto our own. It's fine if you go off topic, my chances of an unban are next to nothing so this is kinda just a random discussion thread. |

*clears throat* lemee tell you bout my first experience with blue.so... i joined the server in 2014, but wasn't on that much (maybe like once a month to check in). after forgetting about the server for a few months, i came back in about august of 2016 with a new friend i invited. apparently at the time, there was a hacker online who was tp killing people and stealing their weapons. the first thing blueroon did was tp to my friend (since he was new), and accused him of joining the server and doing the hacking. he killed my friend, stole the sword i gave him, called him an idiot for not knowing about /pvp, and left with all of his stuff. about a month passed, and i was jailed for grief for 10 hours. to no surprise, there was blue taunting me and making fun of me for not being able to play on the server. this is why i have problems with him. the end. |

Yes, he decided to become a rather horrible player after his demotion from staff. It was a shame. |

Beetle is an old friend of mine. I knew him a long time before I went inactive, and stayed that way for months, and before he..well before he turned into an asshole. But now im back. Heres to hoping beetle, the old beetle, will come back to. +1.-Loku |

I really want to +1.But I can't. Mainly because I know you, and I know you can act GOOD. And to me, this isn't the old beetle, this is the new beetle trying to act. Trying so hard that you come off as a jahovah whiteness or something xD But fr, I don't trust you yet. |

I understand, Chip. It's always going to be hard for people to trust me, and it's going to be impossible for some to like me. I can't do anything other than right some meaningless words on the forums. It's up to you whether or not you trust me. I'd like to tell you that I'm not acting, and I am back to the old Beetle, with some improvements made. Such as calmness, better use of the English language, and maturity. I'll do all I can to prove to you that I'm a good guy now, but it's up to you whether or not you trust me. Thank you for considering a +1 |

Besides just acting better, Beetle have been trying to contribute positively to the forums, and he's done so for some time. The downside to unbanning him is that as soon as he gets on he starts acting like an asshole and gets banned again. Everyone knows who he is. +1 |

Yes, I've tried help players to find a way around any problems they may come across while on the server.As I said, I understand that there is no way for you to really know that I've changed. But I won't go back to being the bad Beet, being him didn't give me any pleasure, unlike being the new Beetle. Helping players and having a laugh makes me happy. Thanks for your vote. <3 |
