So this rant is submitted by camassasin22So let me start as the donator rank it basically the VIP+ rank just with better prefix and it says "you will get /gmc /xp" and some other things but the worst thing is that YOU DON'T GET THEM. This sends me over the edge only some people like 3-4 players can get the full commands and build-team oh oh oh don't get me started. They all ask for a Prefix IT ISNT EVEN A RANK. So hopefully Luigi will see this and does something about the donator rank and the build-team |

VIP - Donator + are simply ranks that sate you have donated to the server. The Donate page doesn't say or promise that you will get specific commands, although Chip did go though the effort to test what commands the different ranks are getting currently :) |

this whole donation bullshit is retarded. if nobody got perks from donating, i bet you only 3 people would have wasted their money on the rank. a donation means to give your money without expecting anything in return, like a blood donation. people don't expect to get payed for donating blood. a purchase on the other hand means to exchange your currency for goods (which in this case is the prefix and commands). we purchased the rank, and expect to get what we were told we were to get on the donation page (which was recently changed*)*The fact that players now don't know what they are using their money on is now bullshit. |

If you have checked the donation page recently it no longer says you will get Commands and hasn't said this for a while. I also know that more people have donated since the commands were removed from the page. |

I have talked with luigi about this and he said he will get gmc and all the other commands back asap as they were also reset when the world reset,he will try to get these back b4 the end of the month |

You have no right to those commands, the money you donated was a donation, not a purchase. If you were buying those commands it'd be different, but the commands were previously given as a thank you to donators. |

buybī/ verb 1. obtain in exchange for payment. i earned my money, thought it would be cool to have a prefix and some commands, and sent luigi that money in return for what i was told BY HIM i would get. if he told me i could give him my money for something, and i didn't get it, that's false advertising. |

Luigi has since removed the list of commands from the "buy" page. Dispute the argument, Luigi has always stated that it's a donation with benefits, not a purchase of a rank. Luigi has cleared that up multiple times so I don't understand why there still is an argument. |

yes, i see, but if no players knew about the perks they would get for giving their money, i bet like 99% of the people wouldn't have donated in the first place. people "donate" to the server because they expect what other players have gotten for the money that they gave. |

Asriel your way of looking at this is very selfish, a lot who old players including myself donated to help the server, not for our own biased wants, now that being said the reason it's a donation, its currently a legal status, as Microsoft has buckled down of servers selling items in minecraft for real life money, and it also means that luigi is not held accountable if you have to get your rank revoked say you abuse or get banned, because it's a donation luigi can remove you rank anytime if he wanted to so I could stop complaining and be thankful he hasn't, and won't. TL:DR luigi doesn't have to give you ranks of you donate he could lie, but he doesn't and isn't like that so be lucky he is giving you a rank at all mmk -Kakashi |
