2 things1. try bolding your responses, so it is easier to tell them apart from the questions 2. how long have you been on the server? i'm guessing not that long, because before i was banned, i've never seen you online, and that hasn't bee that long. |

-1the reset wasn't that long ago (50 days at max) i say this to a lot of people. apply within 4 - 5 months of joining the server. |

Thank you Highcastle and thank you Armz and thank you Dreemurr for the feedback.I agree with the time on the server, but there isn't a lot to pick up, I've got to know everyone real fast and I understand the community and the rules and what to and what not to do. Staff on servers when you're applying for mod are very alike. Some changes in a way but its all straight forward as I've had these as past experiences. But you're all entitled to your own opinion and i love the feedback! Dreemurr the -1 I dont think is applicable really mate, I've never ever met you and if you see a mod hasn't been picked out of all the applicants over the last few month(s) so what makes you think it is anytime soon, just please think before putting your vote out there, thank you. Here is how I'm going to destroy your app,Let's first talk about your "job". You claim to be 18 years old, which well the photos pretty much confirm it, not saying they were necessary for an app but meh...(I guess you do what you got to do to get attention) and you claim to be a store leader. Well the thing is, being a store leader at Apple when you are only 18 years old is highly unlikely. Also I would like to state that for this job you need university studies or equivalent professional experience. I don't think a little job as a SQL developer will do the trick (Yes it is a little one since they pick inexperienced, probably underage at that time employees) which brings us to the next topic! Coding You say you know 14 different coding languages off by heart with only 6 years of self taught knowledge lmao. Well I don't know what means "off by heart" to you, but I'm pretty sure you only know well SQL (since it's your main language) and it's not like it resembles most of the other popular coding languages. So if you self-taught them, let me break it to you, don't get disappointed -----> You do not know how to code properly. 14 languages in 6 self-taught years lol, an average person wouldn't even be able to learn 14 languages "off by heart" in 20 years of studies and professional career. About your servers, I haven't found any evidence of HG (HG being a commun name in the minecraft world...) also owning and managing 11 servers all by yourself (and your friend) seems beyond belief since I'm aware of how much time and effort is put in one single server. Well this was just light bringing to your lies, now let's talk about your app itself: - There is some inconsistency on parts of your app. - You say a lot "etc..." unnecessary and the way you speak makes you look quite immature since this is a mod app and I would expect you to be mature specially because of your age and fluently in english. - You say a lot of crap that no one cares. Again, this is a mod app and you're not supposed to tell your life story, like, we don't care unless it brings something useful to your app, there are other sections on the forums like the general section in case you want to share how you got your penis stuck in a toaster. You seem very credible thought and to be honest very nice and cheerful but Obviously it's a -1 |

HG is for hunger games it was a hunger games server hahaha, its 3 years old thats when it went.... hahahaAlso, Coding languages I know 14, off by heart means without having to look at a guide in other words, and 14 because some are little languages such as ssh and python ones that aren't needed widely... before you start making accusations ... you also may not know a very lot about servers either... as back in the days it was very easy to run servers on your own i did it multiple time sometimes with not a lot of staff its gotten harder over the years... Also isn't this to do with in game too? I've never met you in game at all....? Sorry but I've never ever spoke to you or anything so i dont see where all this hate is coming from. The reason I speak like that is because I'm from liverpool and thats how we speak, soooo thats not an issue... at least bring some valid points when you're trying to 'destroy' my app haha, also i dont agree you have a valid reason for -1 due to the fact i've never met you and YOU think all my app is fake also i know you're not meant to put your life story on here but everyone does and its a nice way for people to know you, sooooo again... done nothing wrong.... There is still no evidence of your server even if it was 3 years ago, there should be at least a video or some old forums, but nah. And I've actually managed a server between 2012 and 2015, so yes, I know how it rolls and yes I agree it was a quite easier back at the time, before the bukkit fall... But it still wasn't the easiest job, managing a community, the updates, plugin malfunctions, etc... and you say you did that 11x at the same time. No, cut your bullshit for once. Ssh is mostly used by python which I'm pretty sure you do since you know both languages and somehow I find a link between them and SQL ;) I wonder what are the other 11 languages you claim to know, some other server / database related programming? lmao or is it brainfuck? You said little languages... I still don't believe you though. Finally, no one gives a flying fuck about your excuse that you live in Liverpool and that's the way you speak. Yes indeed your speech is weird and funny, but that doesn't mean you write differently... it's an accent. You just write immaturely because you're 18 but still haven't grown some balls so you hide behind your lies to cover up your failure. Every -1 in your app is not valid to you because you can't admit that we're right and that you're not fit for the staff position. I mean, just look at what you say just after you don't agree with my disagree: due to the fact i've never met you Is that really a reason to invalidate my vote? Just to make things clear, it's not my fault you've a short memory, but we did spoke in chat, maybe did some small exchanges, I admit we didn't spoke that much. You don't need to meet someone in game to score their ability to handle power. You have the audacity to call honest, observant votes immature is a giveaway of your own level of maturity - none.-1. I know what staffing is like on here. You don't appeal to the people much because you don't count their vote as serious even though they can clearly see who you are. Players can always switch to abstain from -1 or to +1, and calling them immature is burning your bridge to success. |

Oh dear! Just because you received negative responses, doesn't mean you have no chance of getting staff. Blueroon got 3 +1's and then was accepted as staff, while some people got almost 30 and were never accepted. It's Luigi, Chip & Armz' decision as to who receives a staff rank. Plus, if you remove entire threads your editing permissions get removed. |

Yes no doubt about that, I've just heard a lot of people asking about banned players' votes counting towards staff apps, so I just wanted to clear that up :)Obviously you can share whatever opinion, but banned player votes are not counted. |
