Just to clarify what you got banned for (not saying it was you or anything),the town got burned down and that's the grief you're being charged with. |

Emily, thank you for responding, I was not online when the fire grief occured. There was a fire grief yesterday I guess but the culprit for that one was Maxres. I didn't even know that there was a fire grief before now. |

I want to say what probably happend was there was fire spread and a mod found you as the source for the grief. They most likely used the block data to determine it was you who in fact greifed. Don't get mad at the mods until you know the whole story. |

It's impossible, you can search all my chests, and when I join you can invsee me, I have never even crafted flint n' steel. I didn't start the fire. Why can't people WHO WERE ACTUALLY THERE start replying? I want Armz to provide proof, which he won't be providing cuz there is no proof. |

ill just bumb this to make it seem important, and since I actually really want to rejoin the server, it's the only server I play on and now i'm banned for a false reason, If chip or someone could just unban me that would be great, cuz all I've taken from this post is that there is no evidence against me and yet somehow I am still banned |

Time and time again I have been reassured that there Is always evidence. None of the staff are corrupt imo, and we haven't had a reset lately so the block data should be correct. Now I'm not saying you shouldn't be unbanned, because I've seen you around, but I'm telling you there is a reason you were banned. Complaining about it everywhere you go won't help.+1 btw. |

OMG i am so sorry i havent resopnded to this. +1 btw. The person that set the fire yesterday was maxres (ellie checked). Galbby wasn't even in the city when it started to burn. He was with us at jtank's house. Galbby would never in a million years do this to us. He is as loyal as they get. And he is a great friend please unban him or at the very least show some evidence. I wanted to rephrase what I said earlier. I felt it didn't say what I meant accurately. If the block data said you made the fire, then of course you will be banned. It's when a mod misbannes you that you can get angry. I hope its the latter, as again I actually kind of liked you. Be careful on bumping this too many times. Like I said Armz will read it. |

So from this ban appeal this is what I get:Armz has no proof clearly since he is not responding, Mike says that I'm innocent, and since he's the owner of the city that means that I'm probably innocent. I thought that a fire grief occurred yesterday, but if it was the one a day before yesterday then I'm sorry but the ban that was issued against me is entirely unsupported. I was one of the first responders to that fire. I personally asked chip to help rollback imogensire's home. Also, I've spent a lot of time helping construct the city, and it would make no sense if I would suddenly just burn down what I tried so hard to create. You can ask anyone who was on the scene: ImogenSire, Mike, Ben, Lionheart, Jtank, Anyone. All I want is to be unbanned, because I have currently not seen a scrap of evidence against me. Please, chip or luigi or anyone, just unban me. |

You and a couple of others griefed a beacon, you took 2/3rds of the beacon (many iron blocks, including the beacon itself) which is proven by coreprotect as I checked the block logs.I have no idea why people are saying that you fire griefed. But anyways, if you admit to it and say you're sorry I might make your ban just a tempban instead, unless the person who built the beacon says it is ok for you to be unbanned. |

Okay so just a cap-off of everything that has been said here:Accusation: griefing a beacon along with several stacks of iron blocks Rebuttal: Mike(The person who owns the city), says that he is cool with that, Jtank(The person who built the beacon) is cool with that(according to discord). When I rejoin I will give all the iron blocks and the beacon back(although I still don't consider it as theft as Mike and Jtank both approved of me taking the beacon down). Apart from that, my faction(Proxima) wants me back. And Armz, when you read this, please tell me the username of the person who accused me of griefing. I'm sorry but I just cannot stand being banned for false reasons. During those 2 days when I was banned, I could've worked on some awesome projects for my faction. If any admins see this, then I don't see why you can't unban me on your own, since Armz already gave the go-to for an unban. I believe that he may have made a mistake in unbanning me. So if you are an admin, please do unban me. My in-game name is galbby5, as my username suggests. Why you should unban me: All charges that have been levied against me have all been proven false My faction wants me back, and I also really miss playing on the server There is zero evidence that I am actually a griefer If an admin or if Armz reads this by tomorrow, I expect to be unbanned by tomorrow when I come back from school hopefully, and if not, I'll continue fighting to become unbanned. I really miss the server and I really miss my fac, I want to return. |
