I was banned for using a hacked client (which I already proved that I use no illegal mods), and I am like 99% sure this is Chip being an ass again. I was already told that I am allowed to use this client for mods such as my minimap mod that I use, but I was still banned for this reason. There is no rule about using these mods, other than the fact that the minimap can't show players, which is doesn't) I am getting really pissed of being banned for these false reasons, and you should really ask for the rules about mods before banning someone.

OPEN AGAIN

i was banned again after trying to furthermore prove that i don't use the hacks. i don't know why you keep banning me with no proof whatsoever, but it gets really annoying when i try to log in, to find out that i was banned again for the same reason over and over, EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD THAT THEY BELIEVE I DON'T USE HACKS.

Sorry about the swearing, but this fucktarded bullshit with Asriel is annoying me.

Asriel is actually a nice guy if you get to know him Harv. But let's say asriel can be a dick sometimes. But if Asriel is a dick, 95% of webb's staff are an 80 year old black disabled dick.
This is how the cancer rolls;
1: One staff member has a king sized grudge against asriel cause he's a faggot.

2: Then another staff gets the grudge against a asriel cause he is sexually attracted to the staff member that first had the grudge.

3: Then another 2 staff members get the grudge because they are inferior mindless twats, so they know nothing so they just randomly hate asriel without reason.

4: Then the rest of staff members get the grudge against asriel because about 4 have it so since these staff are absent minded cuntlords they have to have the grudge too.

You clusterfucks of disability should just admit that you're not actually ganging on asriel cause of his suspected "hacks" but cause you don't like him. GOD you guys suck

the only staff member i seem to have no problem with is Susan, because she does her job, without being a dick, and she's very nice.

i also like how i was banned the same night i tried to show ellie that i have no hacks (she was the only mod on at the time, and skype was barely working anyway, so i understand if none of what i said went through her mind)

If he was banned for showing Ellie the extracted GUI then that's BS. He was literally showing how he doesn't use it.

Now my opinion is obviously biased because I'm his friend, but c'mon. If you guys are grabbing any dirt on him and banning him because you don't like him, then that is 100% unfair. Don't base your opinion on him on what you've heard. Please don't be secretive about the evidence.

Correct me if i'm wrong but what you're saying so far is:
-He has a potential hack client
-He may be lying about not using it (he has told me he does not.)
-There is no current proof that he does use hacks, besides the screenshots
-Every time he gets called out he relogs
-He raged at ellie (Understandable because she was the one Asriel was talking to about this)

Also can I ask what triggred this ban? I don't remember hearing about he being told not to use the GUI/Client even when back then, he was only accused of HAVING it, not using it.

I feel both parts of this statement are false. You have a screenshot, but no proof of him using it. What Asriel has said before still stands true "banning me for hacks because i use the same GUI is like arresting me for rape because i have a penis." So is this a Guilty until proven innocent situation? And even still, what does Xray or whatever it apparently does even accomplish? He gets more Diamonds. I guess there is the argument "It gives other players an unfair advantage" But to what? If he keeps em out of his shop what difference does it make.

Now, don't get me wrong if i were mod I would immediately punish anyone who is legitimately hacking, but so far you're basing a ban off of a screenshot of a similar, but modded hack client as to remove the hacks and leave the GUI.

first of all, i tried to get the link the second you asked for it that day, and i sent you screenshots of everything i saw

i didn't relog, i was disconnected due to horse shit internet. if you don't believe me, ask nickle. he knows my horse shit internet.

what i tried doing with ellie is screensharing to show that i don't even have an option to activate xray, and it's not even part of the mod.

i don't think the client i use would be considered hacked, since it's basically the same thing as forge. it's a mod LOADER. i use it for the minimap mod, and the GUI mod. i was told that they are both perfectly legal, unless the minimap shows players, which it doesn't.

the only reason i was kinda rude to ellie is because when i was unbanned the first time, everybody on the server basically said "ellie banned you", so i thought she banned me without any evidence, and yes, i was quite pissed when i was unbanned later that day.

i never blamed you for this. i honestly didn't think it was you this time, but whoever keeps unbanning me and banning me again needs to fuck off, please.

another mistake i noticed. i'm like 99% sure i called ellie before minecraft crashed, and i logged in like 5 seconds after (meaning that there is no damn way i had enough time to close minecraft, change settings, and wait for it to load)

make sure you get your damn facts straight before banning me again, because this was a whole day wasted that i couldn't play on the server.

Talking to ellie was a bad idea mate. And as you know ellie and chip like each other, so they will obviously agree with each other, that's a head admin and mod against you.

Chip, I know you as a caring helpful person, especially when we had that small conversation in pm, come on. I don't want to think of you as corrupt, stop inventing/changing things about Asriel, he's a good guy, stop bashing him for false reasons.

At least look at it through Asriel's eyes. He was in the clear for maybe a week, and then was banned again for showing a screenshot and explaining to Ellie how he doesn't use it. He doesn't know what he did wrong because of the little evidence you showed us.

Like a select few say, he's actually not that bad as people think he is. No one actually wants to know him, because it's easier to hate him because others do. I tried to defend him in an argument, then realized the argument was his fault, sided with the other guy, got called some rather rude names, tried to be civil towards Asriel, got told to "fuck off retard, it was your fault anyway. XDXDXD".

Long story short, Asriel's a dick. And really, Asriel, is it that hard to play like the rest of us without a GUI? Maybe that would solve some of your problems. Won't make you a better person, but I don't think anything could do that.

1 - not all the staff hate me. i bribed susan with free pokémon, chip said we are good as long as none of us start shit, which i am trying to do, armz is cool, luigi is cool, dylan is cool, ellie is ellie, tom is cool, and jordan is kinda annoying.

2 - i'm part of the community as well, and we both have equal say if any at this point.

3 - i removed the GUI as nic told me to on skype. he told me you guys would get out of my ass if i did so. now i have no way of getting it back, as my friend removed the download link after i installed it from dropbox (as he didn't want anybody else to find it)

You Asriel, are a banned player. Banned players are NOT part of the community. Their votes on forums, and opinions, are NOT counted. And are NOT taken into consideration. this applies to every banned player. not just you.

that was literally a month ago.

chip, i was falsely banned, and you know it. the only time i put myself in any shit is when they start shit with me, and i'm already pissed. not to get personal, but even without dipshit responses, my day is stressful enough. people starting shit with me is just kinda like those moments when you have an eyelash in your eye when you're trying to read a book.

We have free speech on the forum, there aren't any rules other than vulgar posts will be removed.
Banned player votes and opinions are not counted as they have been effectively banned from the community, and lost the rights to have influence over it.
If you don't respect the community enough to follow the rules, why should we respect your opinions?

Our skype chat log of the day i unbanned asriel, I unbanned him for no evidence of said hacking and the pokemon wasnt bribing me as he got it for me the day before, you couldnt have known you were gonna get banned the day after. And I respected Asriel before he gave me the pokemon, i was never bribed.

kid, look. i was falsely accused of hacking because of the GUI i used. i even went as far as removing the GUI, which i was trying to avoid doing. if you were falsely banned, and the staff refused to unban you, you would most likely be pissed. all i'm trying to do is get them to realize that what they did was wrong, and they should look upon fixing their mistake.
