Tom Abusing His Power

TheJonis	Date sent: 2016/11/12 16:39:29 Im making a complaint about tom because he abuses his permissions so much and I’m sick of it. Today he jailed me and my friend ItzVikter for 12 hours! Because I killed 50 chickens out of someones base when they had 1000 chickens and this lagged out my computer and is pretty close to my base. ItzViktor didn't even do anything tho! And when a staff member lowered it tom put it back. Ive seen him abuse his perms a fair bit and heard about it. He needs to be stopped.

thomasjones	Date sent: 2016/11/12 17:31:21 My style of staffing is were I will jail someone for a set amount of time(To stop them from killing the chickens). I then adjust that time to what I feel is fair. As i was deciding on what to change the time to Ellie kept on changing their times to something like 2 minutes. I decided to change it to 6 hours (total I took off the time they had already served) and then to 2 hours as my final decision(Again taking off the time that they had already served). Ellie I would of reduced the time without you challenging me. I have this multiple times in the past. I can even remember going it with harvoo were I have jailed him for something then lowered the time to what I feel is fair. Ellie I can confidently say that I have never abused my powers to my knowledge and the only time that it might of looked like I was abusing my powers is when I'm having a bit of fun with friends.This is unlike you Ellie were you have punished people because of personal reasons and not for breaking server rules. Also there was like 600 chickens(including the ones you killed). TheJonis you should always tell staff in situations like this so you don't get punished for it.

Dreemur, Saraku was an admin a while back (2013-2014) who was promoted to owner when Luigi tried to step down. He then took the server donations and put them into his own bank account, not the server, and once he was caught, he went and made a rival server, which shut down shortly after. Last I heard he was lying face down in a ditch somewhere high on cocaine or something.
thomasjones	Date sent: 2016/11/14 22:32:56 As a staff member I strive to improve. I don't think that I am abusive. However Ellie and TheJonis you claim that you have seen me abuse my perms. Even though I didnt think I do, I invite TheJonis and Ellie to tell me when they have seen me abuse my commands. Ellie has even told me that she has loads of evidence against me that she will use againsts me when she needs to on multiple occasions and that she has sent some to luigi (even thou luigi has never pulled me up on anything ). So I am asking ellie to post the evidence on here so I don't make the same mistakes again.

Spending so much time collecting mostly false or invalid evidence against a staff like this is bad, and holding a grudge this bad against a staff is even worse. Ellie does both on the same staff member. Why can't anyone see this? Tom punished fairly, the victim obviously raged as a reaction, and complained, then you guys come believing ellie saying that tom is being unfair, come on.
DreemurrTheDreamer	Date sent: 2016/11/15 22:24:48 holding evidence against someone is an important thing, because if they ever make the same mistake, you can back it up with the previous things that they have done as well. in my personal opinion, ellie is better than tom.

I'm not telling ellie to post the evidence on here then delete it off she does have it. If Ellie does have valid evidence that shows me maliciously abusing my commands by let's say spawing in spawers for myself then she should post it and I will be able to see what I'm doing wrong and I will be able to sort it. However if I am truly abusive and she doesn't post evidence for what ever reason she is only damaging the server. At the end of the day if Ellie doesn't provide evidence well I think it will be safe to conclude that her claims are false and that she is slandering against me(which I could take her to court over ) for what ever reason. It could very well be that Ellie is trying to damage my reputation as a staff member as she wants admin aswell as me.So by damaging ny reputation she is increasing her chance while decreasing mine(as I believe me and Ellie are only mods running for admin)
