Just a quick complaint, you know the faction EDEN?Well, they over claimed some of my land at spawn and built something there, as i have seen before someone built something on my land and i don't want it happening again, so i would kindly like someone to rollback that area and re-claim the land for Bedrock, since it was originally my claimed land, I don't care what they build, as long as it isn't on my land. They didn't ask me if they could have that land, so it makes sense for them to claim it back for my faction. I don't expect them to get rid of the build even though i would like it to be removed, but i do expect to get my land back. Now before you say "You weren't using it, so who cares?" well, maybe you were right, but it was MY land it i am pretty sure the rule is you can take land if the owner has been in-active for a month, or something like that, also i was PRESERVING the land, because one day the entire spawn and everything around it will be completely full and messed up, so it would be nice for there to be a place where nothing was messed up, which i am going to make a park. |

The rule you were thinking of was that if there is a build who's owner has been offline for 3-4 months, then it can be taken over. Land is a whole different story. Luigi told me to monitor the area for 2-3 days and if nothing is built it is abled to be overclaimed, at spawn town. |

Well i didn't get a chance to use it on the weekend, because i was away for a 3-day holiday, which seems a bit unfair to me. A lot of stuff has been going on recently, so that's why i haven't been on Minecraft that much. If you are going to take peoples land without even asking them first if they could have it, then you should just take it back, since people have already had problems with you taking their land. |

I don't mind what Luigi says (except for sometimes), but you should at least tell the person who owns the land that you are going to give them a days notice to use the land before you take over their land and use it yourself. |
