Username: Colink621Why you were banned: I was banned because I stole Hay from an unclaimed area in the middle of no where with nothing around it. I thought that someone just put it their for anyone to have. Then someone told a mod that someone stole their hay. I didn't know that I was the one that stole their stuff. Then I got banned. When you were banned: About 2 weeks ago. I am so sorry for the accident that I caused and If I do get unbanned I won't cause havoc again on the server. |

/seen says you've only been banned for 4 days. I don't know why you would be perm banned for stealing one hay, so +1 unless staff come and say you did something worse. |

+2Even though it was done, there's no way of knowing if someone owns something if it's tiny/unmarked. Lots of people leave things unclaimed anyways, so I won't note that. Also, even if you did know, there is one thing else. Diamond blocks, okay, permanent ban. 1/2+ of a house? Depending on how much exactly, permanent or temporary ban. But a few blocks of hay?! HAY?!?!? A permanent ban for a few blocks of wheat is overkill. Temporary ban? Maybe. Warning? Maybe. But a PERMANENT BAN? Absolutely not. The only reason why I might've abstained or -1ed this is if this was a serial offence or if you were warned. Actually, do you know who owned the hay/wrote to the mod? |
