Temp-Banned for three days under "Griefing"Date: January 8th, 2015 After wondering in the woods for some time, me and a associate of the "Disbanders" faction come across a previously Griefed (Unclaimed) house. A member of another Faction appears, attacks my friend,I'm "PVP-False", And I am Temp-banned for 3 days by an unknown Individual. I asked moments before the discovery of the building, if Unclaimed items are free to take and I was Told 'Yes' {by Moderators and others} and evidently this rule is is Misleading. I am new to the server, and it seemed like a fun place to be.. This is ridiculous. Thanks! -Yaskeyhack |

Forgot to mention that I was accused by "StevenMinecraftS". He accused me and I was banned without being spoken to first. |

Blueroon, just ban him again then. Griefing something which isn't claimed is still illegal. |

Blueroon now false bans brand new people and armzngunz thinks it's ok to ban someone for the same reason when lugi unbans them. What great staff. |
