To whom it may concern, I found that on October 8, 2016 at approximately 5:15 pm Central Time I could not play the Mushroom Survival server. The reason being that I, allegedly, raided 600 items. I have only recently began playing this server again, October 7, 2016, after being on a break. The morning of October 8, 2016, approximately between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:30 am Central Time, I had been actively playing on Mushroom Survival, following all rules, simply building my house and enjoying the game with other online friends. If at any time I had violated the rules it was not to my knowledge. I have been a member of the Mushroom Survival community for months and have only had one prior inconvenience, which I did take responsibility for and served my ban time. If an admin could please resolve this matter quickly I'd be immensely grateful. - FireOrchid |

But I didn't raid. ;-; Hence why I said "allegedly". There's no possible evidence because there was no crime. I demand a fair opportunity for these charges to be backed with valid evidence and testimony before I'm banned from my favourite server for no reason. |

Update on my ban appeal: It is October 23, 2016, 15 days and I'm still banned. Ellie, the member who banned me, has no proof that I have done anything wrong and has made no visible effort to either admit she made a mistake or to provide evidence. Here I am, stuck in limbo, being that no other staff member seems to have taken any interest in resolving this matter. I hold to the theory that corrupted files confused my previous offense, but no one wants to justify the ban or fix the problem. If everyone who supports justice could bring this matter to some importance, I'd be very grateful. Thank you guys |
