I was muted for 10 hours for stating my opinion of Ellie's staff role. This builds on the fact that the staff are abusive with their powers, and don't care what the other's think about that. They accused me of bullying because I said that I personally don't think Ellie was fit for a staff role.  |

Hi, if you do /rules in-game you will see a short list of rules that are meant to be followed:[1] Be respectful [2] Be ethical [3] Use common sense [4] Username changes are forbidden These rules are extremely vague, but there are more specifics at spawn. The rule you broke was the rule #3 at spawn- Rule 3. Be nice to other players. When Tom told you to stop being rude multiple times, you broke rule #1 in /rules by being disrespectful towards staff. I have only played on this server for a couple of hours, but from what I've seen you complain about Ellie for is no cause for concern. What I believe is that you think you can do better as staff and nobody believes you- who would? You're blatantly disrespectful towards authority figures and you send in complains every thirty seconds it seems. If Ellie were actually a "bad mod", she would have been fired by now. Your disrespect and bullying is why you are in the wrong. Ellie is not, Tom is not. Nobody but you is in the wrong. |

You didn't show us what led up to the mutes, which seems suspicious viewing from an angle with which no evidence has been provided of who did what.Instead of posting a screenshot of the whole argument, preferably from minecraft logs, you posted only the segment of chat which you were muted a few times. If I were banned, would I post the ban note and say it's abuse and make up a story? If you had the time to post these screenshots, you should have the time to post the part of this which yielded a mute or yielded a complaint against staff. You do constantly 'troll' as Queen posted. From the logs I've seen, you incite drama and arguments. The punishments are driven by you. Maybe if you would lighten up a bit and have an ounce of respect for any one person, this wouldn't happen to you. As for the rules, you did clearly break the bypassing of mute in a previous post which showed your username change once muted -and you break rule three when you pick on Ellie by giving her guff all the damn time without just cause. It's absolutely absurd to claim victim when you incite the drama. If you break rules, you shouldn't expect to whine about it on the forums with null evidence and have said staff demoted. If you had shown more evidence on the abuse of staff, maybe you would get somewhere without being argued against. It's also frustrating to be called an asshole when the person you have a case against shows all of the qualities he's/she's describing. |

Next time something like this happens take a screenshot of what caused you to get muted, not what is said afterwards, with the information you provided we arent able to see what they perceived as "bullying" so we arent able to defend you unless we were on and saw it for ourselves. |

I know I'm wrong, but so is everyone else arguing, and in certain occasions, unfortunately, to stop a wrong you need to be a wrong yourself. @armz - the only thing i really said about ellie is that she wasn't really good staff, and people got butthurt about that, so i was muted. the mute has been over for a while now, so it doesn't really matter, but i still don't like that staff think they can punish people for stating their opinion. this is the 3rd time i have been jailed/muted for the same reason.@Chip - i don't have xray, and i understand 100000% why you think i do. i have been accused of this on about 5 other servers because of the GUI i have in the top left corner, but all it is is the GUI from xray, not the hack itself. @Puff - i never said that i wanted her to die... |
