OK so I'm going to start of by saying, This is not because something happened to me. (I you believe so read this http://webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=5908) but besides that this is for all the people who have had trouble with BlueRoon in the past. Now I think if we can get enough support on this that we can get Blue banned. I you agree post a story about how Blue was a jerk to you, or someone else that you saw. |

i agree with ender. BlueRoon accused my friend of murdering innocent people, and he responded by killing my innocent friend. he also taunted me while i was in jail saying "I can't hear you over my jail freedom", and he's just an overall asshole to people across the server. |

Unfortunately Blue is probably the hardest player to ban from the server. But you may be right that he should be banned, not necessarily becuase of what happened to you, EnderArrow, but becuase sometime within the last two months he was banned for greifing 1000+ blocks. It was unfair that he was soon after unbanned, especially becuase his ban appeal wasn't even filled out correctly. I don't see any reason why he should have been unbanned, when so many new players get permanently banned for less. Also, I think there should be a 3 strike rule when it comes to being jailed, which is that if you are jailed 3 times, after that if you do anything jailable, then you should be banned. He has already been jailed twice. Unfortunately we don't have a fair staff team when it comes to BlueRoon, becuase he gets away with too many things, like a spoiled child would. Many people say it is becuase Luigiofthebakery is friends with him, and I wouldn't know for sure, but what I do know is that something needs to change about this, becuase it is already a problem and can only get worse as we have seen in the last month. |

Xario is completely right about he was unfairly unbanned after griefing 1000+ blocks. I think all staff should review the subject again and rethink their decision. |

If someone's found innocent through one trial they shouldn't be brought back to trial. He's unbanned, it would be unfair to ban him again.Referring to the fifth amendment of the United States constitution, although this isn't close. |

Sparqy, this isn't the US judicial system. If it was, then if the verdict seemed questionable and unfair as it is, it could be brought to a higher court to be tried again in court and potentially overturned. The only reason why I bring up what has happened whenever someone mentions BlueRoon and banning is becuase it was a decision made by the staff that is unfair to all players that are banned, and if he is banned again I know that he will just get unbanned again, which is not the way banning is supposed to work. It's only going to be brought again and again until Blue is either permanently banned or until he actually follows the rules like everyone else. For a staff as strict as the one on this server, I am actually surprised that they would allow just one player to get away with so much when they are being very strict on all the other players. |
