My apologies that a staff member didn't get to your previous post.
I would agree with Xario1's response on your last post;
+1. I have a lot explain regarding this, but I do believe that giving you a second chance could be worth it.
Ok, so I did somewhat warn you, and I may not have been clear enough about it, but the important thing is that you learned from it. So, I remember asking you if DatGoodBear gave you that plot of land, and you said that they didn't, but that one of the Moderators (Armz) had unlocked the doors for you, or something like that. I think later asked Armz about this, and I remember him saying that he did.
So, all of this was not entirely your fault, but if you are unbanned, I recommend you be more careful in the future. And when it comes to any situations like this in the future, I do agree that it is ridiculous that buildings in the wilderness just sit there unclaimed forever, and that a situation like this could be more acceptable in the future if the owner of the building is either banned or has not been on the server for a long time, like at least months. Of course all of that is up to the staff, as they decide the rules, but I would recommend using the /seen command before granting anyone access to abandoned building so that you make sure that the player hasn't been active, that is if this kind of thing becomes accepted by the staff. When I did /seen DatGoodBear had only been gone for a little more than 2 days, which is not inactive by my standards.
The rule "No griefing" could be very broad or very specific so I see how it could be very easily misinterpreted. I'd say it's worth giving you another chance.
