Before I get started, the whole reason I had made a few Applications' was because I wanted to start Fresh. I do not like the rude and disrespectful comments that were left for me. I know I may seem like a pity person, but I just do not like the people who talked back. I understand if you do not vote for me, that's fine but I just want to say that I do not accept a comment that has anything to do with my age. Thank you! Now lets get STRAIGHT on to this Application.Your in-game name: ThebrookeWalker How old you are: 10 Years old. (This shouldn't reflect on my chances of Mod.). Your gender: Female. Have you been banned on any other servers?: No, I have not. Why do you think you should be a moderator?: I would like to help the server out. I have been on this server for about 3 Weeks, and I just love it. The people are somewhat respectful, and have a massive amount of Maturity. I feel like I would fit in because I have a lot to do with servers like these. I have many ideas for new events and more. I would be very happy if you voted for me, it would end up with a big and nice smile. How long can you be active on the server every day?: I could be on 4:30PM-7:30PM Weekdays and 12:30PM-7:30PM Weekends, Central Time. (But of course, I would have to leave and come back during so.). What country do you live in?: I live in Illinois, Central spot of the U.S.A. How long have you been on the server?: For about 3 Weeks. I know that seems like a short amount of Time, but I am trying my hardest to stay on everyday. Well, that is pretty much it. I really hope you enjoyed reading this. If you vote for me, I will make the server a better place. I love this server with all my heart and I think it fits in with my personality. First of all, I have to -1 this application.Here are some reasons which I left on your previous application: "People feel that you aren't suitable for a staff position, this is most likely because of your recent actions and not your age. I myself have not seen in you, the qualities that a moderator or any staff member must have. You have abused your most important commands as a donator, these being /kick, /smite and /broadcast. Your lust for becoming a staff member is not admirable. In fact, it makes you come across as very power hungry. Although you may have not started arguments you have still been in them and dragged them on. A recent example is when Jes disagreed with something you said. When people don't want you to be staff, and voice their opinion on the matter you instantly call them out because you think they're only putting the basis of your age in their decision when as a matter of fact it's more to do with your behavior and actions as a donator. You really need to work on your temper, responses, and overall maturity." Now, creating numerous applications for staff is no good reputation to go by, it makes you look desperate and also clogs up the forums with unnecessary topics. Secondly, in game I have witnessed negative qualities that a good staff member should not acquire. I feel that you only want staff for it's commands and authority. Thirdly, when given constructive criticism you take it as if they're insults. When being a staff member it is not uncommon to receive bad comments. You need to ignore them. I don't feel like you will handle this situation well. Fourthly?, You are very young, despite your claims on being very mature your age still has an effect on my vote. Not only because of your maturity, but because of your life at 10 years old. You have school, homework etc and shouldn't dedicate yourself to something like staff. Fifthly?, Overall, there are too many, more suitable candidates for you to have a slight chance. I honestly think you should give up, and try again in a few months or even a years time. Depending on your actions in the future, you may have a better vote from me. However, as it is I really don't think you're doing the right things. -Penq |

-1, i'm sorry Brooke, but maybe try making an application where you've already stayed in the server for a few months instead of weeks? getting Mod isn't that easy when you're new to the server, though i'm not saying that you're new, especially from how people see you right now because of how you act and all, even if you're matured and all that, it's better to get yourself known in the community for a while than to apply and apply for a position in which you're just wasting time right now, be a model to the players! don't argue through useless conversations, don't take everything too seriously, y'know, You gotta be a happy person too when it comes to being a staff, it makes everyone happy, so hoping you'll improve when time comes. |
