I posted this under my old account but now i am going to repost it under this, with a little note:When I first made my mod app, I wasn't known by the server and I was just another player. I still am simply a player, but one who helps out and sacrifices things to help others. People ask for items and then want to pay me in return, but I deny it. I have also helped people with their builds. Put it this way: I wasn't staff material when I first applied. Now, after playing daily and making friends, I have full confidence that I would be a great mod. Your in-game name: IcyCow, but I go by Icy. How old are you?: I am 13 right now, but in October I will be 14. What is your gender?: I am a male, at least last time I checked. :P Have you ever been banned on a server?: I have been banned here. I will give details if you ask, but I'd rather not open up that door as I have passed it and matured. Why do you think you should be a Moderator:? I'm not going to talk about me, you know me from in-game. I'm not going to talk about others, that's not important. I'm going to talk about how I am going to fix this server. I'm not applying to become staff and help out. I'm here to make a difference, take charge and lead this server to victory. The major issue: Staff. Most staff members are inactive and ignore people. This is getting better, but it's not good enough. I am going to fix this. I will set an example by doing everything I'm supposed to do, and then some. I'm not going to tell other staff members how to do their job, that's Eddie's responsibility. I will encourage others and talk to them when they are feeling down. The title of staff doesn't mean anything. Staff members are players, just like Citizens. Staff members have privileges to help others and fix issues. They aren't godly and shouldn't be treated that way. Second issue: Abuse. We recently have had major abuse occur on this server. I'm sure you all know who it is, but it doesn't matter who it is. All that matters is that it happened. And we need to fix it. Here's my plan: Purge the staff. Fire all staff that aren't great, this includes staff members that are really nice and liked by everyone, but that don't have the correct skills to tackle the job. Then, hire all new staff that have great potential. That is what the Trial-Mod position is for. We are going to need to refresh this server. Also, Luigi, it shouldn't be just your choice who is picked for staff, the whole staff team should. But that is another point for another topic. I am going to step in and put a stop to all this nonsense. #MakeWebbcraftGreatAgain How long can you be active on the server every day?: Generally I can knock out 4-5 hours, but depending on sports and studies, it could be less or more. What country do you live in?: I live in the USA, and my time zone is GMT -4 or EST. Also, Mino, I didnt say the players aren't important. I said that twlking about them in a mod application isn't important. A mod app is about what you are going to do for the server, not what you think about others. |

Just to let you know, I will be inactive for the next two weeks due the fact that I am going to be at a sleep away camp where no electronics are allowed. I will then be going on vacation for 11 days at August 24th. |
