HEllu guys, to start off, this server is AWESOME. it has the nicest community with a few toxic but funny players. it all gud and everything until somone gets banned without any warnings. I think when somone greifs or raids, the staff don't bann the person immediately. What they could do Is whenever the player comes back on, the staff could question them. After they got the greifer's opinion, they would decide to bann them or not. This would work awesome because I find that a lot of people are getting banned without any warning. Its unfair mostly because people don't always know what they did wrong. Whats the point of punishment when people don't know what they did wrong. Now this should work pretty well, although there is one problem. When a default or some very VERY inactive guy comes on, raids hacks exploits whatever, what you guys could do is check how long they have been online. if they have been online for about a week and their regular players, then you have to wait till they get on to ban them. if they have only played for 2 hours, then just bann them immediately.

I got banned from my little brothers greif and I had no idea what he did! all ik was when I came back to my computer, I was at /warp city 17. I wish lolo could ATLEAST showed me what I aprently "greifed". I would be more than happy to rebuild what my little brother had blown up or whatever.

-1 If someones griefs and gets banned then its there fault for not taking the time to read the rules at spawn. Of course lets say someone hacks you/go on you PC for example and griefs and you get banned all you have to do is make a ban appeal explaining what happens and staff will deal with it.

-1.
There is no guarantee that when the player next joins the server, any staff will be online.
If you grief then you should know what you did wrong because you should have read the rules.

if you believe you should be unbanned due to miscommunication or an accident such as the one you are proclaiming; it is simple enough to find the forum and create a ban appeal to explain yourself. The forum is easy to find with a Google search or press of a link on the server's promotional pages on server lists.
Ontop of this, the forum archive will store the data of your points and allow every player involved to give their point of view of the events and lead to if the banishment was just or unjust; Whereas in game the only people that could give input are the people online at the time.
^^ this is very important, as in-game you could say any excuse you could make up in your head and there may be no one suitable online to object to what could be complete bullshit you made up so you wouldn't be banned.

The block data stored by core protect is enough to ban anyone. At the point of the staff member
reading the block data, the player is guilty until proven innocent, and therefor warranting their ban.
