Banned for apparent "Minor Greif"
By ~Lolo
It says Temp-Banned (2 days)
But says it expires in 17 days
I don't know when I was banned because the server map reset so I didn't go online as much. But I honestly don't think I have done anything wrong and I understand it's staff's responsibility to ban players if they think it's needed. But I don't remember doing this whatsoever. If I ever did, I hope you accept my apology and I am deeply sorry. I don't want this to sound like a sob story, but it's my birthday soon and I'd like to enjoy it by playing on this server. Thankyou very much for taking this into consideration.

On behalf of the staff team I would like to apologise that you felt like your ban appeal was ignored; so much so that you felt like you had to create a complaint (http://webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=5413). Personally I only did not see your ban appeal until now, as i was asleep.
I can assure you that every ban appeal is reviewed within 24 hours of it's creation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You are no longer banned. |

All staff are there to review topics/ban appeals.
Instead of straight unbanning a player, the Moderator will have to forward it to an Administrator with their views (just like i did when i was mod and Penq does sometimes), and/or comment -1 or +1.
I apologised for no staff commenting and giving input. not that she was not unbanned immediately. - "On behalf of the staff team I would like to apologise that you felt like your ban appeal was ignored"
Regarding mods not having /pardon:
the reason Admins have /pardon and mods don't, is because admins are more trusted. |

Gud idea Chip_Bruh. Admins are more trustfull and sometimes mods don't hear the whole side of the story |
