staff abuse and bullying

this complaint is against mudkip, jake and thomas jones.

i joined the server because my mummy said i can have a few minutes of play before bed. then the first people talking is datgoodbear and jake and mudkip so i tp to them and immediately thy pour lava on me to kill me ): i then go /back to collect my diamonds but they already burned them. they then burned me again.

so i went on got my potions because they bypass pvp i can too and i kill them once. then one of them starts complaining yet he killed me first for no reason.

i call him scum and he should kil himself. which is truth because my mummy said to not lie. then i get a mute for no reason again. just because the mod is friendly with the bullies. then i bypass the mute to ask how long as it goes for ever as no number. then i get tempbanned by thomas for 30 minutes which ruined my play time.

he didnt even punish them lot just me for asking how long id be mute for

I had nothing to do with what happend before.

Also If you have a problem you should of told me or Lerz about it and we would of dealt with it instead of taking it into your own hands by calling them what you did.

Death wasn't in the wrongs... If he teleported somewhere without knowing if good or bad was going to happen, and then was drowned with lava I think Epic_Jake and Atomic_Mudkip they should serve consequences. They should've told him to leave and then knowing Death, he wold leave. I think they took the matter into there own hands too quickly. If he refused to leave after being told at least two times I can see where bypassing PvP and killing would be necessary... He even lost his hard worked items for too.

TBH they should've waited for a staff member to come, even if took a while. They shouldn't have had used lava and fire to kill Death. I know for sure Lerz was online and they waited 5 minutes into the situation too call staff.

TBH i dont think Death did much wrong in this case.

>He teleports to some players in good gesture to have some fun.
>gets killed by Epic_Jake and Atomic_Mudkip using lava.
>calls for staff help and is ignored.
>gets pissed off and turns to verbal abuse towards Epic_Jake and Atomic_Mudkip.
>gets muted by lerz.
>tries to explain what has happened and why the staff are being unfair to him.
>gets banned.

Honestly, thomas, you SHOULD have PM'd Death and asked him why he was so upset and angry, then PM'd Epic_Jake and Atomic_Mudkip and asked them for their side of the story.
By not doing this you have caused the victim to be unfairly punished and the rule breakers to get away with it.
Lerz, you should have helped him..

Death could you share some more information with me please and send your chat logs for me to search through, ill get to the bottom of this for you.

I wasnt paying attention to the chat as I was dealing with another issue .Only saw him curse get muted and start bypassing mute.I just enforcing Lerz decision to punish him.

Chip, I wansn't online when he banned him. I just logged back in to hear that I might be in trouble.. Like wut? I did mute him for 15 minutes because he said some nasty things. That's all I know..
