Ok so basically BlueRoon stole all my stuff (details in another post) and i tried to ask him why. He then muted me for 1 hour which seems to be an abuse of power and very excessive. I then tried to get others attention by putting up signs. Someone then bann3d me for three days. This is my second ban from this incident (othrr was from blueroon because i "griefed" something that belonged to me. If you could pleasr unban me that would be wonderful) My name is Swiper4299 |

You wrre proven guilty of griefing the faction Uff you were tempbanned for 3 days, you then came on threatening my rank and threatening to get me banned, so you were muted, you then griefed again by tp'ing to neckro and plzced locked signs that say harsh things about me/trying to get others to testify against me. So I tempbanned you again for 3 days. I then had hazza remove these signs. |

Ok none of that is true, firstly, I was in UFF and the blocks that I dug and picked up were placed down by me so they were mine. Secondly I never threatened your rank I said what I thought what you did was wrong, that you had done bad things in the past and other people had been complaining about you. There was no need to mute me. Then, I never said anything harsh about you on the signs I just tried to get someone's attention so I could speak to a fair mod like Hazza. Also, I believe I was banned for not deatroying those signs, but I was in the middle of destroying them and was about to leave when you banned me. When you banned me the first time, you took my stacks of diamonds which werw legit, which I don't mind. Then, for no reason you decided to take, or authorise the taking, of the rest of my belongings. You had no right to do this after I disn't grief at all. Eo you are just lying now to try to save yourself. You have been abusing your power a lot and others will notice soon. |

Jimwy, you were banned for griefing which was clarified by me and 2 admins, you placed locked signs which you refused to destroy, you were bothering other players and bypassing the mute, I had every right to ban you, and yes you clearly stated, im gonna get you demoted and evergbody hates you. Im done wjth replying to your complaints. |

If you check the chat logs, you will see that I never once said everyone hates you and I'm going to get you banned, I said I had heard complaints about you and that I had seen you repair armour and other unmodly things. Also, getting back to the matter, I had too many diamonds, so you confiscated them. But what rule states you can just take all my stuff. That was all legit and taking that was unneccesary and I would like an explanation for this |
