Username: RubenZombiastic.When you were banned:1 day ago (for 2 days). Why you were banned: Buying (excessively) items from Brittnee's shop and trespassing when asked to leave her shop because I was 'banned' from it. First of all I would like to admit that my attitude wasn't the best one when I abused on trespassing her property, I should have stopped when she asked me to leave, but I find her reason quite stupid, that's all. Being banned from a shop is an over all ridiculous concept. I mean, she banned me for buying her stuff that she is selling... Sure she has those "rules", thought there weren't any rules on her first shop, and still she banned me for abusing her shop. Brittnee could have easily handled the situation nicely without causing any arguments. However instead she decided to curse, scream and create havoc, and I took it personal. I'm not saying that I'm the victim, but I'm not the only one who deserves punishment when for example she abused her Donator permissions on me by constantly teleporting me to the spawn and lure me to it as well. I would like to state too that Jordan apparently wasn't here when, sorry for the expression, shit went down yesterday, and out of nothing I got muted and jailed for 10m without any previous warning by him. I perfectly know that Brittnee told him stuff by pm, but he, as a good staff member, shouldn't believe her over me, or me over her, I mean, he should have checked both sides before punishing me but instead he didn't said anything on the chat, he just muted and jailed me. And Brittnee if you don't want people in your shop, then don't just make one. Your purpose of "Having accessible prices for new people and people that just don't own too much money" is absolutely ridiculous, you're making it easier for them and unfair for us who actually worked for our money which you think it's not legit, thought guess what? I'm not the one spawning items to restock my shop. You constantly asked me why do I need so much stuff, and I told you it was for my faction as we share everything but you still didn't believe me. I searched redemption from you multiple times, saying that I would stop, but you started exhibiting your bitch-like behavior (Sorry for the expression) and I took it personal, so I continued. Until I borrowed an alt from a friend, I came to your shop, bought some stuff, and it's so frustating, because I only need to click the sign 4 times in a row and you start complaining, I thought it was only with my first account, RubenZombiastic, as I didn't had to buy that much stuff to get you complaining and harassing me to not 'abuse' (It's a shop ffs). I'm not the only one who thinks this, your shop is a joke, but I don't care as I'm not probably going to return on it. I just wonder how you control your shop from getting 'abused' when you're offline... Anyway have a good day. -Ruben |

Ruben, Brittnee had laid down her laws that were instituted in her shop. You directly broke her laws and Rule #3. There has been evidence showing against you, you were 100% the perpetrator in this situation and you were banned accordingly for your actions.After a few times asking politely, Brittnee got irritated because you did not leave her shop, as her rules declared you banned permanently from it. Her shop is meant for players with poor income and an overall poor net worth. She had told you specifically many times before of this, yet to no prevail. Instead of causing grief toward Brittnee, you could have instead talked to a staff figure or left her shop until the situation was resolved, finding another shop. In parts of the evidence, you were acting arrogant as well, after buying things you further provoked her. |

I'm not going to start any arguments with you, but if you ever thought about it, i had a "Bitch like behavior" AFTER I would continuously tell you to leave.If you cant agree to my Shops rules then don't come back, stop telling me your "done" with my shop if you cant stop coming to it. Neither of us are saints in this situation, but if you cant handle what I want done with MY Shop then stay out. Simple. |

First off Brittnee never asks nicely. She demands and when she doesn't get her own way she goes straight to staff. Secondly a 2 day ban is just over the top. He bought items from a fucking shop. Brittnee only got 12 hours for selling the game mode c items in her shop. Which seems really unfair and in my opinion she shouldn't be allowed to run a shop because she 'accidentally' sold creative items. I doubt it was an accident because if she had any common sense or read the rules (like she tells everyone else too) she would know that she shouldn't. She should have been punished more. |

Thank you for youre comments, i really appriciate the impute from you guys, really. I no longer sell GMC for those people who might still think I do. If you still do not believe me, you can ask some of the people I have hired in my Shop where all my items come from. Because they will tell you them. If you still dont believe me, Thats fine. I know i have a temper when it comes to certain things, But if you would read the other topic (http://www.webbcraft.co.uk/forum/read_topic.php?id=4874) Where in the screenshots that I have provided, none of them show me starting anything, just Ruben not doing as I ask. Im fine with you all thinking that I am harsh because its a "shop" And since its public there shouldnt have to be rules let alone anyone be banned from a shop. But then there are people like Ruben that have to have these rules published and taken into the hands of Mods/Admins. Carry one. |

pepperpot, the ban wasn't for buying items, it was for trespassing, harassment, and other breaks of rule 3. If you compare the impact on the people of the server between selling illegit items and harassing a player, I think you might agree that the latter is worse. |

Yes I did break rules before by Selling GMC items. That is in the past and has been dealt with. He was banned for 2 days more for the Trespassing and Harassment, the reason WHY behind them was from Shopping like that at my Shop.It was a 2 day ban, it could've been longer. Maybe he will learn from his mistakes and then we don't have to keep bringing this up. |

Or those where you constantly harass me by private message? Or those where you spy on my inventory and balance and make me know? Questioning me about them? Selling GMC items might break the economy (break the economy -> break the server), and it's not honest at all from those who sell them. It's not fair that she got 12h ban from it and can still make a shop, and I got a 2 days ban for much less, is it because she's a girl? I'd like to avoid this argument, but it seems to me that girls take punishments lighter. To crazygecko: The only spam here is your useless comment that brings nothing to this post. I don't know about you, but I actually enjoy playing on this server, so, 2 days is a lot for me. I've been unbanned yes, but it looks like this post is bringing something more than just my ban. Fair punishments, how someone gets banned for longer by doing much less than someone else? I'll leave it to you, Staff should do something about it. |
