I understand that she has her own rules and it's her shop, so when she bans someone for causing grief in her store, they need to leave when asked. They shouldn't come back, either. I've studied Ruben, as well. He's constantly irritating Brittnee, which correlates to this offense. I wish justice be brought into this, please. ""Here is my complaint finally about RubenZombiastic. Before anyone gets on my case that my shop is for every player and that they should be able to buy whatever they want, this is a different reason. Now my shop has six rules and out of those 6 rules it clearly states that my shop is for the poor and new people who do not have a good income. Now for the people like Ruben who have a decent or even higher income than most I ask like them to not spend all their cash at my shop. Ruben for the past week and a half now has been continually buying out all of my items even though he is banned from my shop. with him being banned, every time he comes to my shop he is technically trespassing. Not only is he setting homes in my shop (which Lerz figured that out and confronted him on it yesterday) he is purposely coming to my shop whenever I am not on and buying all of my stock out so when other people come to the shop, they have nothing to buy. I have told a couple of the staff members, and only 2 staff members muted and jail him for 10 minutes each time. Ruben knows that these rules exist and he has been purposely doing this to get a reaction out of me and some of my friends on the server. earlier today (around 7pm my time) Ruben made a alt account called MudkipLipz and came to the shop as a new player and bought out some of my items, with him having a low income I didn't say anything until he started buying it all out again and I asked that he could stop buying everything and to re read my rules because he was new and may have not ubrderstood them clearly. That's when Ruben came out and said that was him, he gave me back some of the items he bought and went back to his regular account I'm tired of Rubens actions not being taken into seriousness enough for him to be banned, he has been trespassing and I'm tired of it. If this was my home and he was doing it there would be a lot more done about it but no, its a shop, so I shouldn't have to make rules about it or even yell at him for buying out all of my items. actually, I SHOULDN'T have to make rules or yell at him if he would just do what I ask, which is simply not buy everything and save some for others. Her shop, her rules. Ruben has no right to enter or buy from a private shop from which he has been banned. I have also seen the interchange between them and it is plain that Ruben is harassing Brittnee. I don't know if he buys for spite or because the deals are good or both, but this needs to stop. |

Ruben been tempbanned for 2 days and his alt has also been tempbanned for 2 days for overusing brittnee shop and not stopping when asked. I've also removed his homes that have been set to brittnee shop.Brittnee if he does it again message me on the forums with screenshots of him doing so. |
