i was temp banned for a day for breaking no official rules. i was banned for trying to reason with hazzaB when he punished us with multiple mutes and jail time. donators were abusing in my house and when hazza told them to leave and "gave a warning" they spawned a creeper in and killed me. nothing was done even though that is considered an abuse of power and it was done after the "warning". me and devanpatel24 were jailed INSTANTLY when we used warp fallen kingdom because we were apparently trespassing in territory. not only were we not doing anything to the land, we did not know it was territory of a faction. in jail, the mods and donators harassed us with lava and bedrock, making devanpatel24 lose a good sword. I should be unbanned because i broke no rules and HazzaB was showing favoritism towards the Porkchop faction, even though they were breaking rules the same way we apparently were. the mods involved were goalbot and hazzaB. the donator involved was blueroon. i said that hazzaB was not fulfilling the duty and perspective a mod should be taking on a situation like this, there should be no bias involved. HazzaB banned me while i was trying to tell him how i broke no rules, and but he wouldnt accept the fact that no rule was broken to deserve a ban. I think i was banned out of anger, not because of a fair reason, which is why i believe i should be unbanned. |

There was a lot of dispute and rule breaking (mostly rule 3 and 4)between Dumb's faction and Blue's faction, Porkchops. After well over an hour of chat spamming, offensive phrases being hurled at one another and general trespassing I told both factions to leave each other alone and that being in the other's claimed area or talking to each other was from that point not allowed.I gave Dumb and Devan a warning each about trespassing, which they insisted they weren't doing since they were staying outside the claimed area by a few blocks (Ie being smart arses). Dumb got very defensive about trespassing not being a written rule, which I responded with it being a rule I had set for the given situation on two factions to stop future rule breaking. I then gave a warning to Blue for trying to circumvent /pvp false by using lava on Dumb, and gave both Dumb and a female Porkchop member a warning about Rule 3 again and contacting each other. I then found Devan using ender pearls to get into FallenKingdom (Pork's f home) and jailed him for 30m which he afk'd for. I then recieved complaints about Dumb teleporting to FallenKingdom and teleporting back despite my "restraining order" on the two factions.While watching Dumb's moves I watched him teleport to FallenKingdom using a warp and subsequently jailed him in my prison cell. After promising not to attack them while doing their time, I transfered Devan and Dumb to FallenKingdom's prison cells for 15m where very little happened until Goalbot started activating the prisons "security measures" which was a dispenser + lava bucket (Which I was unaware of at the time). His prison time then ended and he was free to go, Dumb having been unharmed during the whole ordeal. I don't personally remember banning Dumb, so there is a good chance it was Goal's doing. The reason for the temp ban was Dumb's constant hurtful comments towards all parties involved in the situation. I gave him a warning for calling me a crap mod and that further discussion about his previous punishments, about Porkchops or about the validity of my position would result in a long mute duration. Dumb is not currently banned and was last on 11 hours ago, so any ban he thought he had would not have been me, as I only give bans in daily quantities. |

I can verify everything hazza has said. Except for the extent of the (for lack of a better word) "rudeness". Everything was spot on. |

How about this. All of you, quit fighting or else. I don't care who did what, who said what- you ALL acted and if I am online when this type of stuff happens EVERYONE will be punished for it. You're lucky you had Hazza deal with you, he is not as strict as I am. So enough playing around with the rules. If he thinks you are breaking one, you probably are, so don't try and argue it and accept punishment with grace instead of pulling yourself down deeper.RESPECT OTHER PLAYERS. Damn it. Or else I get mad. |

On the same topic, DevanPatel is banned for laying around 50 tnt in FallenKingdom's mines and blowing it up a whole day after telling Kcc to leave PorkChops alone.I also told Achendral to also refrain from contact with Porkchop. |

Blueroon, considering you banned lots of people for no reason, I think you should be demoted. I think you should think about whom has been upset by you banning them. I know 3 people banned by you, and a lot of others I don't know. 2 people I know is me and riverwarnes, when you have ABSOLUTELY no proof either of us did it however, river "owned up" to it when he did nothing. He only said he did it so you'd stop pissing him off. |
