Three in One Complaint.

Beetlejuice71	Date sent: 2016/03/06 06:46:52 Hey guys. I've noticed some things around the server recently that have annoyed me. So I decided to make this three in one complaint. Enjoy, I guess. First complaint - Staff. I've noticed that recently the staff team hasnt been as good as it used to be. I'm not going to give names but there are certain staff members that dont treat everybody as equals. This is wrong, everybody is equal, not just your friends. Also, some staff members refuse to ban or punish certain players because they are friends with them. This is also wrong, because you cant just let your friend off with griefing a build. A lot of the staff members are very inactive, and there are certain active players who could take their places and do a great job! The staff at the moment seem to feel they have to get involved in everything, to stop anything they dislike. To me this doesnt seem right, which is why I am going to withdraw my application, it would be horrible staffing alongside most of our current staff. I will re-open the application when I see an improvement in the staffing. A lot of our staff members use "oh i'm so stressed" or "oh but i didnt know" as an excuse for doing something wrong. This is quite annoying, especially when you know they're lying. Second Complaint - Leave wowman alone, Jeez. You're all ganging up on the kid for doing literally nothing. He -1'd your application, so what, you dont need to cry and cuss at him. You people hold grudges, you dont know how to forgive and forget. Wowman logs into minecraft every day to have a little fun and a laugh with his friends, instead, he is attacked and provoked. You cant treat people like shit and then play the victim when they react. You guys need to grow up and stop picking on the people that dont think that you're ready for staff, the people that dont like the same soccer team as you. You guys back wowman into a corner, which gives him no other option but to retaliate, and defend himself, which is when you play the victim, and get wowman into trouble. Third complaint - I cant speak in chat. I was talking to the players in game, telling them how great a staff member faster is. Suddenly, I get kicked from the game. When I logged back in it said "Beetlejuice7 burned to death": After this happened, I tried to ask who it is, but minechat wouldnt let me speak. I'll upload a screenshot in just a second. But I'd like to know who killed me, and I'd like to know why I'm suddenly not allowed to speak in chat. Maybe its the server, maybe its my device. I dont know. I don't know why you died, a few other people seemed to randomly burn to death as well. There might have been a fire at spawn which killed the people who where on minechat, but it seems preposterous to suggest that such a thing could happen.

Never done it. -Rule 2: No hacking- I wasn't hacking, as proven I used the light mod and there is no proof of me using xray, I don't even mine, so don't go down that road. -Rule 3: Be nice to players: I'm more of a fuck me over I'll fuck you over person, be nice to me I'll be nice to you. And you Luigi, aren't being nice. You're acting like an ass in my opinion. -Rule 5: Do not ask for ranks other than citizen: Never done it. -Rule 6: No asking for free items: Never done it. -Rule 7: NEVER DONE IT -Rule 8: No spamming- Done it. -Rule 9: No excessive killing: Done it in the past, not your bullshit example though. -Rule 10: No excessive swearing- Done it, deal with it. -Rule 11:No advertising- Never done it. -Rule 12: Stupid rule and not broken it. -Rule 13: Replanted all trees. -Rule 14: Never changed my name. That's 4 rules out of 14 broken, including the so called hacking which never occurred, so don't bullshit plz, ty. He never said I was a victim, I've never claimed to be a victim and openly admit to telling many people to fuck off, what he's saying is when I tell them to fuck off it's because they fucked me off first. I am constantly being harassed and insulted by players, and one incident where I was attacked by lightning unprovoked and you have never done ANYTHING to stop it, so I'd appreciate it if you stuck your long 10/10 grammar texts up where the sun doesn't shine. Why the total fuck would I follow your rules if you allow people to treat ME in such a way? Clean your shitty little server up with your crappy staff, crappy comments and justice system. I wont be treated like crap from you as well. P.S. Sorry for the foul language, IDGAF though. This guy needs putting in his place and needs to be taken down a peg.

You say his server is shitty when you made over 10 ban appeals wanting to come back to this server. This isn't the only time you called the owner out... In past situations you called Luigi a bad owner and disrespected him in numerous ways. It confuses me on why Luigi still allows you to play on his server. Like I mean if I was the owner of a server and have been treated by disrespect from a player multiple times..? I would just ban you. Don't go bringing how you've donated money to the server, because it really won't help you anymore. Good on you if you helped Luigi keep the server running, but that doesn't mean you can't get banned or get away with your bullshit. You treat the owner like just another player, he is way more superior than you. Damn, Luigi why are you so damn nice? 2. You kind of say that if someone is mean to you, you have every right to be mean back. That doesn't help your case at all. If you're calm and neglect the rudeness, I'm sure of it that you wouldn't be in the state you're in now. I see you on the forums and it seems that on almost every single topic you're the one provoking someone like an a mod app, ban appeal, and in the complaint section. When you state your opinion and it's not rude it's okay. However, it seems more often than not your state your opinion and then state something rude after which then starts the problem. I'm not saying that Wowman is never provoked, because I saw it happen one time. It was when Wowman asked for it to be a day or night time. I can't remember. Then some player said shut the fuck up to and other stuff. However, Wowman isn't out of the clear. He provokes other, isn't a friendly person, holds grudges (if you want me to explain I will) and feels like the server is out to get him.

This completely reflects your hateful, mean attitude towards other players on the server (Rule 3) and there have probably been more incidents just like it since then. For example that new player who you deliberately killed unprovoked and refused to give back their items. You’ve broken rule 4 countless times with your abuse of chat, abuse of /broadcast, abuse of /warp to kill a new player, etc. You’ve broken rule 5 by asking me repeatedly for the Helper rank. You can’t claim to have not broken rule 2 when there was clear evidence of you using a hacked client. I don’t care for the excuses you make about how you never used it. It’s impossible to prove if you actually got an unfair advantage because of it. Having it installed is the same as using it on the server so if you didn’t intend to use it you shouldn’t have had it installed. I find it hard to believe you would just unknowingly install an xray mod. I was surprised James let you off so easily. I don’t know why you felt the need to highlight rule 7 by writing in caps, but it seems suspicious. You’ve probably broken rules 6 and 7 at one point but I can’t prove that. The same goes for rule 13. That makes 8/14 or possibly even up to 11/14 rules broken. Yes, staff may have abused in the past but that’s not my fault. I can’t foresee the future and I don’t know what staff members will do. I try and choose the best staff members possible, but sometimes people don’t turn out to be who I thought they were. You however are directly responsible for your own behaviour. As DatGoodBear mentioned, more often than not you are the one provoking others. The reason you were attacked by Alfadog with lightning was for killing the new player he was showing around and refusing to give back his items, which was a provocation. Warping to his city and trespassing was another provocation. Being rude to people on the forums are more provocations for them to not like you. My response to this topic wasn’t even directed at you, yet you feel the need to personally insult me? I’m showing you decency and respect in my replies so I expect the same courtesy from you, and I’m sure a lot of others would too.

I am sick of the disrespect that occurs on this server without punishment, the justice system is poor at this moment in time. I am quite rightfully upset about the way I have been mistreated by the players of this server- Agreed, rules have been broken by me IN THE PAST, since my previous appeal, excluding this incident, I haven't broken the rules, so I'd appreciate it if you Luigi, would stop bringing up the past. This can be done in a civilized way, which up to now it hasn't been done. I apologize for the way I have spoken on this topic, please understand my frustration. As for everyone else's disrespect, I expect justice to be server equally. I will reply to anyone's comments if needed, and from this comment on let's all keep it civil, including myself. Thanks.

I REALLY DON'T want to disrespect anyone because I care about this server, it was great. It is just dying, luigi. Luigi, do what you think/know is right because if we just dance along the path we are on, that might be THE END Of Mushroom.co server. Yes, people have broken rules, but I really want to take action by advertising this server by voting and making the mov--(Sneak, sneak) I mean something that might help.
