This immature donator+ claimed to kick me for acting like the owner. According to other mods on the server I was doing absolutely nothing to be "acting like the owner". FasterAndFurious was banning a trio of people who had just joined to the server spamming caps, cussing at the mods, and doing many other inappropriate things. I kicked 2 of them and Faster banned 1, after this I got kicked by sausageman. This isn't the first time sausageman has broken a rule, hes pvp bypassed and AbdullahSumro has proof. If its in the past then it still needs proof. Witnesses are not proof. Fast COULD have acted at the time, but as she didn't that opportunity has passed and so proof is needed as of current. Otherwise typically no action would be taken.Note: I am not siding with anyone, I am simply stating what is needed and your rights. |

+1I'd like for certain commands to be removed from his perms, mostly /kick and the lightning one. (if I didn't have /god I would have died many times today) Also, he griefed me earlier today. He removed my cactus tower and placed lava where it used to be. |

I agree this is not a correct thing to do, but I dont think the kick command should be removed as beetle stated, its a necessary command for when there is no staff online and someone is doing wrong |

I didn't do the last part beetle but I agree with everything else you said. Cheetah. I kicked you because A: Faster had it completely under control and you trolled them by thinking it was a ban by putting ban in the name of the kick. B: The other two people were basically posse of the first guy. They followed what he did and when he got banned they stopped. So you wrongfully "banned" two people and even if they deserved a ban, Faster had it under control. She doesn't need your help. Also I already asked to have my /smite taken away in a post someone did in the suggestions link so that's not needed here. Thank you.-Sauasgeman |

Definitely, so kicking is considered trolling now? They were going to get banned anyway its not like it mattered. You should've been minding your own business instead of kicking someone for a reason that isn't even reasonable. |
