Penquinator banned me for kill aura which is 100% false, me and lifoo were pvping and she walked in the way, there was a guy throwing snowballs at me who had pvp disabled and i got knocked into the direction of penq, i then 1 shot her because she was naked and had no armor on and i had a maxed out sword with strength on, she then says nothing at all, and just insta bans me, like what the fuck, in the middle of a fight too, that's bullshit right there |

To put it simple, you attacked lifoo and me at the same time. There wasn't lag on the server. This is impossible without the use of hacks. What client do you use I'm intrigued? |

I ate a GOD apple before our 2nd pvp battle and within a second of combat I was down to 4 hearts. Also you where throwing snowballs at somebody and when I got near you I took lots of damage even though you where not even facing me. Since penq is staff she has the right to request evidence before showing you her own. Since I am not staff I will show you my evidence but first I need to find a way to upload it. |

Are you fucking serious right now? check my inventory to check for snowballs, why the fuck would i be throwing snowballs whilst fighting someone, and just get through that thick skull of your and read what you have written, i need to show evidence that i am not doing the accused? do you know how demented that is to say how the hell do you expect someone to show evidence that they didn't do something, jesus christ and also you're seriously bad at pvp you couldnt hit me enoguh while i was strafing you and i also ate a god apple, i also had strength 2 pots which explains the damage after ur apple ran out and i want to see that video evidence so i can shove it right back in your face on how right i am. |

Abdullah isn't a hacker, he's just a very good and experienced fighter and I know this because I have personally hired him for hits and seen him fight hundreds of times, first hand.Abdullah does NOT need to provide evidence that he does NOT hack, YOU, Penquinator, NEED to provide evidence that he IS hacking otherwise you CAN NOT ban him. What you just said is 100% incorrect. Abdullah is the victim of the ban abd it is not his job to prove his innocence, it is YOUR job to prove he is guilty. Currently, I have no way to put out the video file, I use the cracked fraps version and the file is mega sized, youtube estimates that to upload it will take hours.I stand by my ban, I am 90% sure that what I see is hacks. Not that this changes much but abdull's story is false. Not once was there snow balls in the fight, nor was he hit towards me. |

Therefore your easiest way of getting unbanned is to prove your innocence, surely this isn't a problem? Screenshot your client logs, folders ect. Simple ^-^Though this evidence isn't reliable, people supposedly want you unbanned so it'll do. |

If evidence was not provided before the ban then you had no authority to ban Abdullah. It doesn't matter if the evidence will take hours to be uploaded, staff are suppose to be able to upload evidence with ease. Banning someone without evidence is against the staff code. Abdullah is not the one that is suppose to show evidence, you are. |

Il do that as soon as I'm home, I'm at a party right now and if you guys would actually show the video I could prove my innocence???? That would surely be a way of assurance you could clearly see I was being bombarded with snowballs and I was jumping to get Crits too, I got knocked into you and you know it, if this is a personal grudge I have no idea what I did, I've changed since that last incident but being serious here larus and wowman is correct you need to have evidence before ban and actually shoulda talked to me??? |

We've seen the video penq, and there is no evidence of hacking in the video that lifoo has, it shows Abdullah hitting Lifoo fairly and not with hacks. When Abdullah is facing away but lifoo is taking damage, its because he is being hit by another player with snowballs. |
