Hey guys, it's Wulfie :D Sorry I have not been on in a while for I have not had a good computer to play MC on, but that has changed.I am in the complain area today because I witnessed a user abusing his 'VIP' abilities. This player's name is AbdullaSumro. And this is what happened. Abdulla and Guiness agreed to a battle in an arena(must of been a new place because I've never seen it) I overheard and went to watch the fight. Once I tp'd to the warp area, all I saw was guiness. He went into the Arena and kinda just wandered around. Seemed like we were both waiting on the other fighter. That's when from out of the sky came an invisible Diamond armoured mass and about three to six strikes on guiness and he KOed. Abdull then began to fly around the arena, still invisible with his armour, I tried to say that was not a fair fight, and told him 'are you flying?' he proceeded with 'Yes I have VIP dumbass'. What I didn't know was the two had agreed to who ever killed who, they would keep certain items except their armour and sword. Guiness asked for his stuff back, but Abdull would not give them back and were no longer in his inventory as both I and Guiness checked him. What do you all think? |

Time for punishment, called 1-3 day jail, and possible demotion :3, I am personally punishing you abdullah for threatening faster you ass hole, and you just gave me the perfect opportunity for divine punishment, and remember you brought this upon yourself, and i'll let luigi or tyran or armz check the logs and check just to make sure abdullah actually killed guiness, and said all that, thank you for your time Wulfie :D-DC |

DC how would you come up with a conclusion like that without knowing the victims story, basically we agreed to fight yes. he asked for give backs i declined, they he put up the option that when after the fight was done i would give back his sword and bow i also declined, then he still agreed to fight, now saying this i know that he would be at the arena, i drank an invis pot to catch him of guard, i went to the top platform without flying and i charged at him, he was not ready i assume, that's not my fault, so after killing him i started flying around, OUTSIDE the arena, then this wulfy character asked me if i was in gamemode 1, i said no im a vip dumbass, that is all. i did not return the items because i declined his offer and yet he carried on pvping, i am not in the wrong. |

I would love it if you did that DC by checking logs you can see me denying his propositions and stuff so yeah :D |

Guiness said you could keep his stuff except his sword and armour. To the sounds of it you are lying here and lied to guiness about giving his stuff back. I heard nothing about you declining the offer. And the way you do a battle is you are in the arena, and to my understanding either someone counts down or you both start once your both in there and see eachother. Not hidden with your invisible potion and up above with a very unfair advantage. And you were inside the arena flying around then began to fly outside of it. I watched the whole thing. I was on top of the arena observing you too. Yes all I have are my words, but people can check the back logs |

To be honest m8, he only said sword and bow and i still declined his offer and went back in, having a fair fight isnt in the rules soooo |

Agreed with Abdullah. If his story is true then he deserves no punishment.DC you should listen to both sides before punishing to such lengths. ;o P.s. a jail for 1-3 days might as well be a temp ban. Jail and temo ban are almost the same thing, they both disable the player from playing on the server, except jail is usually used for investigations or smaller punishments when a temp ban would be edging slight command abuse. |

All we have is the backlogs to prove stuff. I do not mean to be on anyone's bad side. If I am proved wrong then I will give an apology to Abdullah. All I am trying for is fairness for all players |
