I want a builder refund because it is no fun at all, I was /smite on Allie because she was saying inappropriate things and she griefed me 3 times! and i got a 24HR jail for that and I got kicked for saying STFU to spyro since he was being an ass to me. And I am also leaving this server for good, so take my stuff at Digtopia, feel free :) |

ahhhBlame it all on me :) You smiled allie 3 times for absolutely no reason. Staff were online, you should've talked to them about it. You were jailed for 24 hours for smiting a player to death 2 times. I don't care what she did, staff deal with it. You were kicked for saying "STFU" to me, and why not call me an *ss while your at it, huh? |

You had no right to punish her, the staff on at the time were dealing with the problem. All you were doing was making it worse. You deserved the kick because you told spyro to "STFU" after he said "You're jailed, deal with it" You're lucky you didn't get any more. |

Mike, you do not get refunds from donating to the server. If you donated to charity would you get a refund? No. I'm sorry to say but that's not how life works my friend. The donations is what helps keep the server going. Thank you for 'DONATING' e.e nuff said. It's fine that you quit the server but your rank will be waiting for you if you choose to come back. AKA you're not getting demoted. |

People cannot seem to understand the difference between a purchase and a donation.Purchase= Paying money to receive something in return, you buy eggs in a shop, you purchase eggs in a shop. Donation= Giving money or items to a charity, cause or even a person. You have DONATED to the server and received the rank and the commands as a thanks, you didn't purchase the rank therefor Luigi has no obligation to refund it nor give your rank back if it's been taken away already. Following what these guys have said about donations; luigi gave you your rank as a thank you gift, it's the reason luigi is fully legally allowed to remove player's commands if they abuse them. |

Warning in private messaging isn't always a good idea, if no screenshots are taken by you warning him, he can safely say that you didn't warn him before you punished. |
