So, the title says it all. *BEFORE YOU COMMENT... LOOK THROUGH THESE SCREENSHOTS..* http://imgur.com/a/KEtWD We had some chat issues with Anj_ earlier. She got all mad over nothing. I was sending <3's to people. And she decided to mute me for an hour. After that pepper, armz and Chip came on and Tempbanned CloudFlux, AbdullahSummro and Beccax, Lerzei and Cardie for 10 days. You guys are literally the worst. Lmfao. I have a million of screenshots of discusting attitude from you guys and it's like you are superior, allowed to say everything just because you're a "Mod".

I say one thing in return and it's a fucking 10 day ban. Seriously? This server has been a stressful one since I became a Moderator on here. I am not so happy that this day came. I am hereby quitting the server since the staff board is completely full of biased, ignorant, abusive staff. It has now only come to my attention as a player of the server. And no, before you hate on me. This post is made because not only I am sick of it, but many more people. Thanks, that's all.

Well it's sad to see this day come Lerz... I thought you would never leave no matter how hard you tried. I remember when I first met you, you were all nice and care free. You were one of the nicest players on the server back then, the highlight of my time on the server was you joining. You then got moderator and your attitude towards me suddenly changed, I guess you had to be more strict to keep your rank... I don't know. Then you became Admin... You're whole personality became totally different. I really wish you didn't have to go... But do whatever is best.

Wowman I've treated lerz these past few days in such the way he has treated me over the course of 6 months.

Pepper has been doing fine.
I have literally only defended myself to lerz except I did it publicly (which admittedly was a bad idea as it looks like all I was doing was starting an argument with him)

And on behalf of mushroom staff team I'll have yu know that Anj_ is far from new to the staff team. She is VERY experienced and a very well trained in staffing. She used to be Admin on here.

Chip that's complete bullshit since it's only the past month that we had that one snapchat convo. You're only making yourself seem bad by lying. And bro even Luigi said, you can not punish me for things not related to the server. So whatever we said to eachother on WhatsApp/Snapchat/Skype you can't bring over to the server, which you have. And that is very unprofessional.

Lerz a lot happened before the snapchat incident. You know that. Oh and I didn't bring issues from outside the server into the server, I just let people know (and showed them) how nasty you were/are to me.

Wowman, im actually one of few staff members that promotes equality through out staff and players...
Oh and just so you know, the bans were heavily discussed throughout staff in our staff skype chat. The bans were signed with -Staff and carried out by Armz. So I suggest you learn the entire situation before you make such wild allogations.

it's not exactly something nice to see when someone says you are against what one of your main objectives was, to promote equality between staff and players.

From the start I have said that the only difference between players and staff members is a few extra commands.

I have good reasons before I do anything, and I'm know for being 11, most people take pity on people my age xD

From what I hear you were being horrible to anj, saying the world is better off when she's gone or that she's a terrible staff member. If this being true I'll happily never talk to you again, or give you the slightest bit of care I can give. If this is true, people will now know your true colours & that you were severely in the wrong.

Im going to say this and this goes to you too Lerz( i do love you) but you were not helping by being an instigator and did not help even when your friends were being disgusting on the chat. As they talked about parts of the body and what they would do to you ....you did and said nothing to them....Lerz i have come to see you are very bias....you made things worse for Anj as she requested you to stop so she can clean up the disgusting language your buddies were typing. As an Admin your excuse is you didn't type anything offensive but you were the catalyst of the mess and because they were your friends you did nothing and said nothing to them....Players depend on staff to keep the chat clean and not allow it to go as far as it did.... Chip, I seriously think that you should be severely punished, as well as you pepper and Penq, christ, you guys need to apologise, you were being total ass holes, penq, if you were already upset before, then you should have gotten off, Pepper, you really weren't helping at all. I think I should explain myself then, First off with my comment "Staff chat has become bitching about people chat This statement was true, we were discussing players we didn't like, consisting of people like stojan and to Lerz. ( A banned player to an ex-Admin ) It was not just Lerz that we were talking about however he was the most talked about.

The spam of broadcasts saying Fuck was not staff.

"Cuz u like slurping up wet things.. This was because I called pepper a Spaghetti f*ck on a facebook chat and he found it very funny,

"Lerz touched bambi's mum. I don't see a way I can work my way out of this one, the comment was innapropiate but ultimately I didn't mean to offend lerz, and I started on most days I wouldn't think lerz' would get upset.

I used broadcast twice to answer DragonSlayer05, she was questioning whoever was using broadcast before so I thought it'd be a bit of fun to answer in a roleplay type manner.

"and you're a member This was a total bitchy comment as I was mad at Lerz, due to an argument over activity.

"I'm gunna hate the day Lerz is admin again" This comment was un-needed, however it can be taken as an 'opinion' but it wasn't, it was just a dig at Lerz.

Then, after I had reflected on everything I realised how horrible Lerz must've felt, so I decided to make an apology, since then I kept out of the arguments and made no more comments to lerz, Though this apology was late it was still there and I do feel bad for anything that I said to offend Lerz.

If that's what you think, no.. I did not ask for any of this. I got a lot of people messaging me saying 'If Lerz goes down, we go down with him.' Jazzy and Willis quit because I did. CloudFlux and Abdullah quit because they were punished unfairly. Anj quit because she 'was being bullied' but I did not do this on purpose, no.

I am thoroughly pissed off and unhappy. I just got off the server, demanding that staff tell me exactly what happened, such that i could make an educated report on here. Except all i got was bullshit from penquinator, telling me not to worry about it, and oh yes, lerz made anj feel useless. Except lerz has wholeheartedly denied this, and i believe him. Not to mention, it looks from penqs earlier comments that she herself isnt sure that it was lerz. Can i just go ahead and BS?!!! the screenshots showed more evidence of staff being asshats to lerz, rather than the other way around. Chip, penq, i am absolutely disgusted with you right now. You guys are my friends, but hot damn. Thats just not right. And then theres guys like wowman, just fueling the fucking fire. And spreading the rumours and bullshit. I am aware how much ive said bullshit in this comment, and you know why? THATS BECAUSE THIS SITUATION IS BULLSHIT. I am at a loss for words on the lerz situation right now, and i have so much more to say, but my thoughts wont focus, and im far to angry. So ill move on to another point. ALL OF THIS is a recurring thing, dammit! Look at the past! How many players, have had a single bullshit rumour start about them, and then had the lies, and people being dicks, and just all the stress get to them, and then they snap and leave? saraku! he bullshitted how many players?! and we are still dealing with the consequences today! Blueroon! Excellent staff! One of the most trusted! But he messed up a couple times, and then people just wouldnt stop riding his ass, so instead of better it got worse. And now hes practically gone. KGEVANS! stress got to him so bad he lost his shit, griefed, then quit in depression! HOW MANY PLAYERS WILL WE LOSE? The system currently in place DOES. NOT. WORK. This is a call to action for luigi now. You are losing AMAZING people to bullshit just like this crap that has gotten lerz banned, just like so many others. How many will you let go before you wake up? Im not the only one that thinks like this! you want an example? Romaqrosher, Mumfie, HazzaB, and a whole bunch of others that gave up trying to help this place and went elsewhere. They started their own servers, and used what they learned here, to make theirs better. And you know what? those servers are succesful as hell. Multiple worlds, plugins, events, you name it. Its time we follow their example. Fix how things run for the love of God or whatever deity you may belong to, Or this place will only sink further, and i dont want that. This place is my fucking home, man. My real life is bullshit, my parents are assholes, and i live a lie every day and i HATE IT. But on here i have better family than i EVER did in real life. Monkey, james, maka, blue, jazzy, luigi, Wolfwind faction, wowman, EVERYONE! good and bad. In here is the real world for me, and i dont want it to fall apart. Id give my right arm to help, for staff, or to talk to everyone, OR ANYTHING. But i cant. I am a 16 year old boy. The recent events that took place this last week were the cause of this server's staff being ill-equipped and not suited for the job. I could name off a few of the staff members who weren't fulfilling their position correctly, and one that didn't punish because the plaintiff was their friend.
Firstly, the staff need to take preemptive steps to ensure the chat doesn't become chaotic, such as letting the players know they'll mute whoever becomes too harsh.
Secondly, The server needs staff that aren't young and immature.

I have been an authoritarian figure on many servers over the past years, and I know how to run a community well and serve justice on a hot plate.
The events that took place were not justified and were not ethical.
My two cents.

No, that's not what I meant.
You might be young and immature like I previously stated, and you don't mess up, but we need someone capable of handling stress and insults while dealing with criminals at the same time. The server's staff isn't like that.
Nine times out of ten, a server staff figure is there due to the power and the fun commands that they receive with the position.; it's not about them thinking they want to deal with criminals. That's the problem; most staff figures are irrational and immature.

I enjoy being a staff member for the pure fact that I have the ability to help players and punish rule breakers. Since my promotion I have not allowed rule breakers through my comb. I am not here for the commands and perks. I am here to try my hardest to benefit the community in ways seen fit. The past 3 days have been rough, some staff have decided to take a break due to the stress, but you don't see me quitting (No offence to those staff who decided to take a break).

Stress has never slowed nor changed my ways of staffing, the only time something has hindered my capabilities is when I was sitting my GCSE exams. That was not because of stress but the pure fact that I had to revise, which was time consuming.

If I should be demoted wowman. Then so should every actove staff member besides armz and James. .. I can not speak for others but I am extremely sorry... I made a formal apology to Lerz but only saw it about 20 minutes ago. Lerz and I are on great terms now.

As moderators we did abuse our rank to get away with name calling, I can assure you that i certainly will not allow this to re-occur in myself.

I hope you truly reconsider quitting and give some time to let tempers cool and calmer heads to prevail. I've been on this server for less than a year and what I have noticed is everyone here no matter their opinions or actions are all quite passionate about this server. If they weren't they would simply move on and never be heard from again. I have also noted that the average age here is quite young. With that young people are far more passionate and occasionally will react quickly to many issues and take personal offense to them. I'm probably the oldest person here and that by no means makes me better in any way it just means I have had longer to deal with the same things and with that I can tell you most problems we have here have solutions that we all can be content with. Just keep your heads about you and work them out through calm debate.

I don't personally know Lerz but I know that it would be a loss to have him leave. Hell, he banned me once and he was correct in doing so. I was given another chance and I held no ill will toward him. He's done a good job and he should be given the same opportunities as everyone to feel welcome here and grow with our community.

I hope you reconsider to stay Lerz and that you can come to a civil agreement with those who are against you now. Keep your head up and remember that you can make some people happy all of the time, all people happy some of the time but never will you make all people happy all of the time.

I find this entire topic rediculous! Chip and Lerz, i understand that you guys have gone your seperate ways, and thats fine. But you can't let that ruin a great friendship.. Everyone has arguments, and thats what friends do! The other person may not be your favourite right now, and so what. This is rediculous that such a friendship is now broken because of one accidental or non meaningful speech. I hope you guys can figure this out..
