Staff extremely unresponsive

We knew that if we explained ourselves we would unbanned quickly, but there was one problem. the mods woudl never respond!!! i even made ppl go into chat and get their attention, but they completely ingore the ppl who ask for a mods help!!! it can be extremely frustrating to know that there is no staff that can ever help you. Maybe the mods can work on responding to the ppl's problems more. My ban appeal hasnt been responded to after i was told to further explain my situation, and i would appreciate it if a staff member could help. Thanks.
