I did several uncalled-for things yesterday. I tried to cheat in pvp (lava with pvp turned off). I used foul language, then tried to surprise turn pvp off. However, I promise this is not my normal behavior and intend not to do this again if let back on the server. Sometimes I find myself doing irrational things that I wouldn't normally do, but this is not normally the case, and I will stop challenging people to fights and then cheating. If I ever challenge people to fight, it will be fair and square in the wilderness (so both players can use blocks and liquids). This is my first time getting banned from a minecraft server, and I will re-read the rules and make sure I NEVER get banned again. My apologies to PandaBudder and DinoDeno. |

No it's not, Pinewood. You griefed a part of new town & some of the railroad a few months back, but that's just another incident of you griefing, (potatoboyz, this ban appeal & my one). |

I never griefed any railroads on this server, and I first joined the server only six weeks ago. As a matter of fact, I don't and never have possessed any minecart tracks my entire time on the server, stolen OR crafted. I never had a reason to. |

Did you even read my appeal? I said quite a bit more than that. Oh, and even though Cloudy's also banned, he still has a point. This was my first ban. And don't make me repeat myself, but it's kind of wrong to only give someone one chance and then permanently ban them for one mistake. I believe in consequences, but only the ones that allow second chances afterward. Maybe I won't be unbanned right away, but it shouldn't be permanent either. Okay, maybe I went a bit overboard by talking about my ban on other ban appeals, but I did notice that, I stopped doing it, so it definitely shouldn't affect the results of my appeal. Also, my situation is similar to that of Cheetah_Gaming when he got banned; I can't find another server like this one either. |

By the way, I notice plenty of people who did a lot worse than I did and got only tempbanned even before the appeal, so now that I think about that, I believe I have been unfairly banned. |

Seriously, though, I'd like to be on the server for Christmas, partly because I'd like to decorate my faction (under the approval of other faction members), and also partly because my friends and my sister really want me on the server with them, and I think it would be a great Christmas gift for both myself and them. |
