Ban date: 5/10/2015, (Last night)Ban Reason: "Abusing /lightning on adam1083 -Pepper" Defence: Adam1083 teleported to me without consent, we all know how much I hate this, so I politely asked him to leave my land. He asked why? and I was then becoming more frustrated because I don't have to explain myself to anyone, I told him I liked my privacy and I'd like him to teleport away, but he refused. He didn't say "No, I won't leave", he simply didn't leave. He started running all over my land, he had PVP on so I attempted to kill him, but then he stopped and disabled his PvP. May I add, he later said I gave him like 30 seconds, after he disabled PvP he continued running? In the time he was disabling Pvp he simply could have left. After that I smited him once, and he then started to run in a zigzag, he then hid under a tree and I smited him again, which is when he died & his items were destroyed. I'd like to directly & publicly say to Pepperpot that I'm very angry that you banned me with absolutely NO evidence on his behalf, nor did you hear my side of the story. Shame on you. I didn't take any screenshots other than when I was talking to Lerz about it and when I was telling him to leave. Kind regards Wowman2002 |

The correct action would have been to tell a staff member if he refused to leave your land. You know abusing smite is illegal. You have done this in the past, along with multiple other offenses. Sorry, Wowman, but I have to go with Pepper on this one.-1 |

Did you not think to toggle TP to off or just saying: I'm gonna smite you if you do not leave my land. If you had done it in public chat you would've given everyone a warning there is a trespasser on your land and he would've left. |

I warned him 3 times, the reason I don't always have TP Toggle enabled is because I have people wanting to tpa all the time for bussiness deals, work, social things,etc. |

+1, if no other staff was on, then I agree with this method, since there is no other method to removing someone from you land as a donator like that. Guys, can you like stop being biased, it really pisses me off, either put a valid reason RELATED to the topic at given hand, or don't post shit at all, just that simple, Ellie, your simply just made for something that happened on your second day, but does your second day have to do anything with the topic as far as what happened, were you on wowmans property, and got smited, no, was your post anyhow related to this? That evidence supports everything I said. I started polite at the beggining, then in the pics you see me saying "LEAVE NOW", that's when I later said I warned you, (when he was smited). So thanks for the evidence, and in the future gets your facts straight and punish people fairly, also I plan on filing a full complaint against Adam for trespass & refusing to leave, He is the one who should be punished not me. |

Incorrect, he wasn't leaving he was simply running around in circles. He was leaving?!?!? I tried killing him VIA PVP but he /pvp'd off, in that time he could have left! I specified that I wanted him to leave using teleportation, it's a private area and I don't currently want people there. The land was claimed. |
