So yeah, Lerz tempbanned me for 12 hours, 12 isn't a lot, but, it's still there and I still feel for it. The reason was, yes, I might have exaggerated some spam but that "disrespect" word in the ban description made me think... Just by saying that Larus is annoying me, I'm not insulting him, I'm doing it for the better for Larus to be liked more. For example, when I put like 2 words in caps, Larus always says "caps" or "spam". After an amount of times Larus ruined all the fun, I got annoyed. So, today I argued with him and Lerz tempbanned me, I understand the spam part, but not quite the disrespect part. It also had disrespect towards staff, the only staff on was Lerz, which all I did with Lerz was state that Larus is annoying me. I don't see any remote type of risrespect there...Now obviously, since Lerz banned me, it's like God came down to earth to insult me, so now, I'm surely going to be despised by everyone when I get on tomorrow. Lerz, I don't hate you, far from there, but like Chip said on your app, you have changed.. -Matodir |

I don't find caps lock and spamming fun, but, a lot of sensible people laugh at what I say, quite some people think I'm a good joker. But, I guess some others don't like joking and having fun with people, which I find rather dragging. After all this, I can say that I am to stay banned forever, well, I don't care...Before people liked me a lot on this server, now they don't anymore. At least, in my short 11 month period on webbcraft, I made some people laugh at me and at what I said... I had a lot of dear friends here, like elliedlm, I liked her SO much. I also was very good friends with Anj_, I shall never ever forget Anj. DoctorWhowian helped me in literally everything, could not ask for a better friend than him. There were other people that I liked so very much, but those were the closest to me... |

I agree with Fury here, and, oh well, I love joking like this in real life with my friends, they never go around cry like some of you do. Well next time Lerz, just say that you guys can't joke, no need to ban me to show it. I guess so then, I swear, that from now on, when I can get back on the server, no one will ever see one more "XD", "haha", "lol" or any other remote type of joking coming out, of, my, god, damn, mouth. |

Seems to be if he was only banned for the caps it wasn't fair, it would have constituted a mute.. If warned multiple times after mute and you continued the behaviour, (which you did), I believe the ban was justified but the ban reason was incorrect.. |

So, if someone gets muted, again and again and again, he should still just get the same kind of punishment each time?And matodir, there is a difference between joking and going too far. saying "lol", "xD" and "haha" is not going too far. Just because it is joking in your mind, doesn't mean that everyone else finds it funny, people actually complain about it, so its not just something lerz doesn't like. Just admit it that you've gone too far a few times. |

This is the not the only time he has done this, he does this every day. He got muted not long ago, he's been doing this for quite some time now so he deserves the ban. Muting him again and again won't solve anything. He needs to be taught a lesson. |

There are rules for a reason. If rules are broken then staff can punish you how they see fit. If we ban someone for excessive caps or swearing then it is not abuse, especially if that player has been warned. ( Look at Stojan's case for an example )If you break ANY rule, you need to take into consideration that it could result in a ban. Perhaps if it is a player's first real offence then it can just be passed as a mute, but if they carry on what are we meant to do? As staff we can take the very easy option, we can harshly ban anyone who breaks a rule. A ban is sure to stop that person from breaking rules. However we don't do that, we usually do give a chance. That does not mean we NEED to give players a 2nd chance. Therefore I support what Lerz has done. People will complain about the amount of disrespect on the server, the caps, swearing or spam but they'll also complain if we just completely remove the causes. You guys need to make your mind up. Let us get rid of the bad players and stop calling it abuse or, stop complaining and deal with the bad players that you won't let us properly deal with. -My opinion- |
