Grantnirvana, banned by 'staff' means it was a decision made by more than 2 staff members ( or should be, 2 staff members or less should be signed), all of the staff are trusted by the owner, therefor evidence isn't always needed. Especially in this situation, evidence is not needed as stojan has partially admitted to it in recent comments, and he is also known through out the server as "big-mouthed" |

Your behaviour started off bad & continued to worsen over time, since you kept getting away with it you continued pushing your luck and worsening your behaviour. What you call a sense of humour, was a major breach of rule 3. (Disrespect). probably what you have done right now and a lot in my threads and probably other peoples, bad mouthing , can include swearing, bad language towards other players and being rude toward other players(like for example "your skin is gay" or another one "you're so not 18" as in calling me childish even though i am eighteen and you don't know anything sir) the thing is you have broken all three of these on the forums plenty of times(you're actually a massive hypocrite all over here because you repeat rules to people all the time and change a few but you yourself are doing these things but get away with it somehow. |

I am a mod on another server(well assistant which is equivalent to mod and the mod is equivalent to admin) so don't worry i know how to be a mod, what happens to mods(abuse received and false accusations) and how to punish people properly, this server is just broken |

I change my mind. People like Idventure and wowman had multiple chances to fix their acts, and keep on screwing up. However Stojan only had one chance and thats not fair, I think he deserves several more chances to fix his behavior on the server, also Stojan will be missed by several players like Beetlejuice71, Princess_Jazzy etc. +1. |

Fury, I understand where you are coming from, but all that will accomplish is teaching other problematic players that they can do whatever they want and then get out of it after they have had multiple chances. One chance is enough, he was aware of the rule, and he blew it. |

I to understand were you're coming from, but stojan is a liked person by a large percentage on the server, and taking him out the community just doesn't feel right. He's not like wowman, that isn't liked by almost everyone on the server, and same goes with Idventure. He wasn't liked as well, but I feel that stojan is different. If he is unbanned I almost guarantee that he will change his behavior on the server. I bet he will probably still joke around but not to an extreme level, which he's already done. I'm not trying to influence unbanning people because of the servers past with unbanning players even though they made wrong actions. I'm sticking with my +1, hopefully you're unbanned stojan. |

Notice how he doesn't show any regret at all in his ban appeal, not a single "Sorry for being an asshole, I will never do it again". It shows that he doesn't regret it, and probably will continue doing it. |

woman has been banned way more than me but receives more chances(i assume for sucking up) but when i give genuine reasons and try for months to come back showing dedication i don't come back even though wowman had deserved it all despite what he may say and the reading chats? nah that's true blueroon told me about it and we even had a conversation whilst i was in a faction chat one time and even said in global "grant says he likes me" or something similar |
