And Skype & whatsapp "evidence" is worthless to the server, also it was fucking months ago.This complaint made my day simply because there is no evidence of my recent wrong doings because I've done nothing wrong. You act like wowman was wrong in that situation with Alyse, but I don't think he was in the wrong.She built close to wowman's halloween town and she didn't even ask it. I doubt you or anyone else would like it if I'd build something big right next to your base without asking, would you? She could've prevented an argument by just leaving and building somewhere else, but nope, she didn't. It seems like she only built there to piss wowman off, so she kind of asked for it. "She wanted to get banned because you pissed her off to that point by whining." I'd rather call it a cry for attention, since things calmed down but then she went on like: "I want to be banned and leave this server with a bang." I even told her not to do so, but she still did something, with hacks I believe. This really seems like a cry for attention to me, but mmkay. Something else that really bugs me is that the staff present at that time, tones, just let alyse get away with it. I'm 100% sure if it was wowman or anyone else she dislikes who did this to Alyse, would either get a jail or a tempban. I know wowman has a bad record, but that doesn't make people who do something to him invincible for punishments, that's just wrong.. |

Wowman, I believe that actions via Skype are punishable in some cases, however it would depend on the case.For example, advertising over Skype would be okay, since it is your personal contacts and you aren't doing it to get people to leave the server, you are just giving them a new one to play on. But cyber-bullying over Skype should be punishable in-game, as nobody wants a cyber-bully on their server. Heck, I would suggest people who have been cyber-bullied like this (via Skype or a similar program/app) should report it to the authorities. I've had friends commit suicide due to this kind of stuff, it's not cool. |

Vultur...... Advertising on skype , you can get punished for it, I'm not sure how, but you can. How do you think Jesse got demoted? It was for advertsising, I'm not completely sure thoughBut I don't think skype arguements have any punishments on the server, unless the conversation gets really extreme, like cyber bullying, but that's about it -DC |

Alyse actually ended up doing all that building and hacks thing because wowman made a huge deal out of her flying over the park, she was simply looking. If you had asked her to leave that would've been a different story, I did state that it was Alyse's own fault for everything though. Wowman don't deny that you're a 'cyberbully' as those screenshots show you are clearly one by calling names etc. Be careful and think before you speak, a lot of people commit suicide every year because of cyberbullying and your actions could result in just that, resulting in jail time or being in trouble with the law. Do not cause someone like Lerz or anyone else to kill themselves like Amanda Todd did or anyone else who has commited suicide because of bullies. When you tell people not to bully you're simply being a hypocrite. |

Don't use your personal life to excuse your vulgar behaviour wowman. Fucking hell my best friend and my fucking uncle died in the space of 2 weeks! I have life changing exams in 1 week and if I fuck up I cannot resit the exam because they are changing the syllabus. Oh and not to mention my alcoholic step dad is still beating the shit out of me. I haven't fucked up and shown my upset have I!?! ADHD and autism make my life harder too, I was always told that I should never use my mental issues as an excuse when I fuck up, because it is down to me to control them issues and no one else! I think the only cock up I have done whilst trial mod is tempbaning someone without checking how many blocks they griefed. That was when my best friend died.So wowman, before you play the innocent boy here, think about how easy you have life. Yeah it's shit most of the time but oh boy it could be a lot worse. |

Clock, I told you specifically in a call he have Very rudely asked me to leave his land and once I did he claimed over me to get me in trouble. Also I only really built that think there because I was bored. And if you actually read chat wowman I was asking tones if I could see if luigi could move it or something. It wasn't meant to make a fight. I was just right their and bored. And with getting banned, originally I wanted to leave because I was sick of people like wowman constantly starting drama. I at first want going g to get banned but then I thought about the fact I would most likely come back and I knew it would start problems if I did. so, no it wasn't a cry for attention. It was a special day for me and I just wanted all my issues to vanish completely so I got myself banned. I have played the server a while and I have witnessed alot of drama and I was tired of it.Also wowman you in no way can say you aren't a cyber bully... you have cussed people out, called them rude names, made derogatory statements about people!
