Lerz being a biased douche bag and muting me for 15 mins.

Hello, I'd like to share this with Webbcraft as I think it's disgraceful that Lerz would mute me for 15 minutes for the following:



-Lerz: "If you call Penquinator peng or penguinator again you'll have serious fucking problems".

(When I was muted for calling Penq "Peng" with a G instead of a Q), so I /bc'd telling him not to threaten me, then he tried to get me temporarily banned.

(I admit, I should have waited until the mute was over, but It's unacceptable to be messed with whilst muted).


Anyways, when that was over he was cussing, and a family friend's kid joined the server, (I introduced him to it), and he's eight years old & is highly disciplined so any swearing, he's effed and so am I from his mother :L

So I kindly asked Lerz to stop swearing, so I said it's against the rules to swear excessively, and he said it wasn't excessive.


So then I explained that if one person finds it excessive, then it's against the rules, Excessive means more than what's acceptable, and if one person doesn't like listening to swearwords then its against the rules to say it.


He then went on to call me a massive hypocrite as I swear all the time, then said he was being really unprofessional and is being a terrible moderator, so he said I'd make the worst helper ever lmfao.



After about 4/5 minutes had passed, and the whole super short argument was over, I received a twenty minute mute!

I was foolish enough to respond to him, I shouldn't have let myself down for someone like Lerz. He's been so biased AGAINST me since I showed Chip_Bruh screenshots of him lying about something,(I wont go into it), and has always been trying to get staff to agree to ban me, always getting into arguments and saying nasty comments for no reason and completely unprovoked, (screenshots I do own :)



Lerz: I do apologize for saying you are the worst staff member since Blueroon left, I didn't mean it, but I think you were way out of line with your rude comments, cockiness, threat and abuse of mute.

Ah okay, I do apologize about the mistake I made there. He didn't say "serious f*cking problems", but he did threaten me & he did use the F word an a separate message that wasn't included there, but was included in the screenshots.

Shindori, I have improved massively over the course of 4 months, and I'd thank you to recognize that massive change in my attitude and behaviour. You cannot expect someone to change overnight, and in this particular incident, I've not acted badly at all in my eyes.

I was muted for an unjustified and unreasonable reason and have reported it, I have not done anything wrong by reporting it, Lerz has acted unprofessionally, (and I would thank you to realize that), and I have reported it.

Whether the mute be for 15 minutes, 15 hours, 15 days, 15 years, it's still abusive.

Lerz isn't the worst staff on the server, and I fully retract that statement, at least he has the decency to be active on the server considering how hard and tiring the work can be, I am aware that the staff team have to go through a lot on a daily basis and am grateful for their help, but that doesn't justify abuse.

This in my eyes isn't fair and I believe should have been dealt with differently.

Shindori, if you could explain exactly how I am being a "twat" in this particular incident, I will do anything physically possible to fix it and improve my behaviour, until then in my eyes I'm in the right and he is in the wrong.

I'd love to understand why everyone is going against me, fine, I don't have the best past, but that is irrelevant. I have given proof that the mute was abusive, I have apologized to Lerz publicly on this topic for saying he is a terrible staff member. We've all said things we don't mean.

I'd like to know exactly what I have done wrong here, sure, I said he was a terrible staff member, (which I fully regret and retract), and that's over, but why isn't anybody acknowledging Lerz's abuse?

This isn't a minor incident in my eyes, but it is far from major and something I am willing to forgive if he has the balls to admit to it, (which I doubt), but please instead of saying how shit my behaviour is, tell me what I can improve.





You guys have derailed this topic, this isn't a complaint about disrespect, about WOWMAN or anything else, It is about the mute and nobody has shared their opinion on that matter, quite to my surprise as it was the point of this whole topic.

Swearing is allowed on the server as long as it isn't excessive, that does not mean if someone doesn't want people swearing that he can control that in any way. I agree that Lerz should of respected that there was a youngster among the
server and swearing could be avoided whilst this particular player was on the server.

I agree that Lerz, you should not have muted him, Penq could have done it herself, you forget she is a mod herself, and you did pretty much threaten wowman, you were actually being very hostile. Wowman was also a little in the wrong, but Lerz I believe you divinely intervened when you weren't supposed to.

I was jailed by Penq for bypassing my mute, TYVM. It was a threat, you threatened to carry out hostile (unspecified) actions against me, (which weren't carried out), but the threat was made.

Yes, I know I'm very late to this post but I still have something to say. I agree with Wowman because you're biased to certain players at times. I remember when I didn't like you, and you didn't like me, you always picked on me for saying a curse word like one time when I'm upset, and you immediately muted me for five minutes or something like that. Also when we were snapping at each other a while ago and I called you a "flat little white boy" and then you just muted me, which was totally not fair because you were going at me as well. Then you also had the nerve to talk crap about me while I was muted... But ya you really need stop being biased to a player judging by what they did in the pass... Instead of thinking of this as a complaint, maybe think of it as a suggestion. So you could get a hire chance of getting Admin :)

A threat would have been something similar to “I will create serious problems for you” or “I will harm you”. Lerz’s statement was not intended as a personal threat, but rather as a warning of the consequences that will result if you continue to break the rules. It was a reply to the response of “no” you gave through broadcast upon being asked to stop calling Penq names which she found insulting. The “serious problems” he was talking about were most likely related to your ability to get along with people on the server by insulting them, not any actions he was going to carry out against you. (Though he could have also been referring to the punishments you would receive if you continued such behaviour.)

You were the one being hostile by refusing to accept Lerz’s statement that you shouldn’t insult people on the server and then arguing about it in a hostile manner because of your misinterpretation of Lerz’s statement. That’s probably why you received the 15 minute mute.

Luigi, to you it may not be a threat, but to me it came across as a threat. "You will have serious problems, bro", implying that he will cause me serious problems, if not, what did he mean? It was more a threat then a warning. A waning would be telling someone to stop before punishment is served.


I always call Penq Peng, it's something me and many other players have been doing for months & she would mute me for 30 seconds as a result. She not once told me it was offensive & I apologized to her when she told me it offended her, (I genuinely didn't know it offended her).

Also Luigi, I don't ever insult people on the server in a serious way, sure, I swear, sure I mess around with Stojan, etc. I have once insulted someone as a massive outbreak that was building up over the course of a month, as a result I was temporarily banned or it, and I apologized to the player & he apologized to me, since then, I've never insulted anybody.

I wasn't being hostile towards Lerz at all, I didn't "refuse" to follow his orders, actually, I was already spoken to by Penq and James about the whole Peng situation and served jail time for it, ten minutes later he brought it up yet again.


The mute was because he was pissed at me for saying he was the worst moderator on the server, (proven in the screenshots). In the screenshots it shows Lerz & I arguing, he says "You would be the worst helper ever", (commenting on something I said to another player), which sparked the argument, that's when I said he was already the worst mod on the server since blue left, then 5 mins later after the argument was over, I was muted for 15 minutes.


The mute wasn't fair and I'd like you to see that Luigi.
