After considerable urging from several players, I decided I'd make a mod application. Here it is!

Have you been banned on any other servers?:
 Yes, but I was proven innocent.

Why do you think you should be Moderator?:
 I've been on the server for a long time and I genuinely think I could help the server as a whole if I became staff. I'm going to make this as short as possible so it's easy to read.

-I am well-known and respected
-I almost always try to help someone if there is something I can do to help them. I don't ignore players as staff are supposed to deal with all problems, even if it's small.
-I'm very active
-I'm friendly (unless someone is openly hostile, then I may be a bit more blunt).
-I'm mature (especially compared to other boys my age; I don't answer questions with "Your Mom" or "Deez Nuts").
-I think about the other person's perspective/side of the story before making any decisions
-I am a fair judge and I know what punishments are suitable for what crime.
-I never accuse/punish without solid evidence (It's not that I don't trust you, but everyone has biases, no matter what. I try to forgo being biased and only act if there are definitive screenshots or I witnessed the even myself).

-I have a sense of humor (although it is rather dry)
How long can you be on the server every day?:
 Here's my general schedule, it will be the same unless something comes up.
Monday-Thursday: 3:15pm PST - 9:00pm PST
Friday: 1:30pm PST - 11:00pm PST
Saturday: 10:00am PST - 11:00pm PST
Sunday: 12:30pm PST - 9:00pm PST

What country do you live in?:
 I live in the United States, Pacific Standard Time Zone

How long have you been on the server?:
 I have been on the server for over 3 years now.

One of the servers few candidates who possess every quality a staff member needs. Vultur is mature, kind, helpful and knows how to deal with bad behaviour.

Ckvoss. I did not jail you, why would you assume I jailed you for 5 hours? That was BlueRoon jailing you, not me. Please don't make me seem bad towards others, since that's something you clearly like to do. And I have not said anything "bad" towards you. And yes, I'm loved.. by many people, that's because I actually do my job and people appreciate me helping them out. So I am actually very happy that people like and care for me, since I care about our player base too, to make everybody happy and to assure them a safe place to play on, and help everybody out in need.

Now, if you want to talk, do it someplace else, not on Vultur's moderator application. Thank you.

Ckvoss If Lerz were to know more about this situation I'm sure he would've taken some of the matter into his own hands. Yes Lerz does do his job, all staff can't be perfect all the time. Don't make Lerz look the bad guy by posting irrelevant topics that have nothing to do with Vultur's application, you're just making yourself look worst by trying to prospone an argument with Lerz. If you really have a problem with him, make a complaint and if you're wise enough you won't because you would know what you're doing right now is pathetic. I'm personally tired of trying to be nice to you one day and not as nice the next day, It's to hard when you keep on assuming false statements about people and the actions they make. I wish not to argue anymore. So if you're wise you wouldn't make a complaint, and let this so called situation go.

it seemed, a long time ago, you acted like blue was perfect and never made mistakes. regardless of how often he fucks up, you seemed to call him out at times. not that this is related. it just is a note that leads me to not ignoring this. i like you more than i used to, ive seen good in you.

Just a disclaimer, people say I'm inactive, but I am on the server for at least two hours a day no matter what. Sometimes I don't talk in chat due to me being busy with a build or something.

+1 Because I remember when there was a time Vultur would have gotten Trial Mod, but I heard he declined at the time( off point), the real point is he is very fit for the job, much more justified than a good number of staff.

Vultur may or may not have what i call a (future)tiger complex, if anyone was on that long ago, they would know what I mean xD, because tiger was too strict and not laid back enough and so yeah .-.

Thanks DC, but as far as I know, I was never offered trial-mod. I have been working on being less strict for the past few months now and I feel like it's going well. I will continue to try to improve still, though.

I get that Vultur, but you post for things that happen occasionally throughout the day. I understand you're trying to help the community, but the things you post for don't really matter. You're constantly whining about a players actions, when I'm sure many other people have problems with players, but they just don't go off to forums and report them...

I'm gonna abstain, ONLY because I want to get to know him better, but as things are, he seems extremely nice, mature, and ready to become a mod.

His app seems very in depth, and I think he could do a good job.
Probably a +1 from me in the very near future.
