I was banned for Advertising/Enforcing Advertising by BlueRoon. I'm not really sure what to say here... because I don't know if what I did was wrong or right so I'll just explain it. Okay, so on the General section of forums I asked for Tyran to give me the IP to his server through Skype. I did this because I wanted to find a way on how to get to his server. I simply men't no harm to this server, so I said if I wanted the IP I couldn't just say give it to me on the forums. I'm very sorry BlueRoon If I made the wrong actions on 9/13/15. I would really like to come back to this amazing server. |

+1,you shouldn't have been banned for this. anyone else notice how blue is the only admin that does this? i don't see James or Armz do this. Blue i know you think you're helping but you're thinking in the wrong mindset sweetie. |

By asking for the ip you are basically saying its fine for others to do so, and since youve done it on the servers website it counts as advertising. |

Well I'm very sorry. However I think you're in the wrongs, because Luigi allows you to give IPS through /msg, so if you think about it It's kind of like that, but through Skype. |

+1That's pretty much saying you are allowed to ban them for things done via Skype, which you should have no control over. And last I checked there wasn't any way to contact Tyran to get the IP. Just cause he wants to play on a friend's server doesn't mean he is going to leave this one. |

+1 I saw what you wrote on that post, and it was obviously mistaken by Blue. You just wanted Tyran's server IP through Skype, which should mean no harm as Luigi allows it. |

Your free to advertise through skype, if it only stays on skype, you are not infact allowed tompost a thread basically saying "come advertise to me" on the servers website. |

I guess no... BlueRoon I'm very sorry. The only reason why I made a thread was because I wanted Tyran to see it easily without him having to scroll through topics to find my comment. When/If I'm unbanned I will never do it again, I just would like to come back to the server. |

How is asking to get an IP advertising? He is the one wanting it then, and not a random stranger who Tyran gives the IP to for the purpose of getting him to joing his server. |

Alyse_The_Thief I'm very sorry. I never acted out like that on the server, I was having personal issues. I'm sorry I called you a name I forgot what It was... It was Alyse_The_Something.... All I needed that day was to be told to stop doing what I was doing... I didn't wanna be agitated by anyone. However as soon as Mudkip killed me for no reason... I called him very rude and disrespectful names such a a cunt and other rubish. I promise you that I'm not bipolar... but I just couldn't handle anyone that day... Once again I'm very sorry. I believe you knew me with my old name "DatGoodBear" and I wasn't being rude to anyone at the time... That's not the point, I know my behavior was atrocious that day and it will never happen again. |

He wasn't banned for disrespect, so he should [even if unjustly so] stay banned on that count. Just because he was "very disrespectful," does not mean he should stay banned for having differing views or opinions. |
