He told me to move my faction base, saying it was too far away from spawn. I refused, saying that it isn't causing any problems, and he threatened to take away my permissions to /tp and destroy it himself (I didn't use ./tp to get there, Jesse/Wartib found it and asked if anyone wanted it, so I jumped on the offer, thinking "Hey, I can move my faction to a mushroom biome!"). He asked me again, and I said no. He jailed me and presumably destroyed me and my faction's hard work. Blue needs to stop. He does his job taking care of greifes sometimes. But he takes things to far. He mutes me for defending myself when he is being a jerk to me as usual. I think Blue should be justified! WHO'S WITH ME?lol |

You know something funny like last week he told me to do something about it and I didn't do anything because I am not like that I want stuff approved by owner before I move another person base unlike blueroon he does it whenever he wants and then act like the owner when he does do it and uh last time i check he wasnt owner so yeah I think blueroon should be demoted perm for this. |

I am. He threatened to jail everyone on the island our faction was on. I didn't even know about that rule until it came up today! if it's a rule for EVERYONE it needs to be on the rule board, not just the donators board. :/ And it was technically Jesse/Wartib at fault for traveling that far. He offered it, it's not our fault that vulture took him up on the offer. We shouldn't have to destroy all our work just because we didn't know. The chunks are already loaded. They already were when vulture started building the base and taking our base down will do nothing. |

I find it quite odd I never heard that rule. Perhaps I didn't look? (If that is the case,my apologies) but like someone said before everyone is capable of going that far, so wouldn't it be a rule on the rule board? Also, you should confirm with luigi before moving/destroying someone's builds. And the way you were to punish him was stupid, if vulture didn't to there, then why take his commands? And jailing was also unnecessary... |

I'm going to say this once. This complaint wasn't in spite cause I got in trouble, it's because your actions were obviously abusive and something should be done about it. There is no rule stating how far I can and can't go, and "unspoken rules" aren't really rules because nobody knows them. This story isn't one sided, either. The screenshots show what you were saying and show people what you were thinking when this happened. |

I love how everytime a donator gets in trouble it always goes like this Me: you cant do that, stop it Them: its not on the rules Me: *looks at rules/donator rules* *it obviously says they cant do that* *looks at camera like on the office* i dont remember what rule it is but one of the rules CLEARLY states on the donator rules, which if you werent so cocky you would read them, you wouldve seen it say "Dont tp to far from spawn", thats quoted btw. |

No, you went to warp freebuild THAT time, and the only reason you had the potion was because you were spying. And wolves theirs no rules saying i cant scream racist slurs but you cant do that, its one of the most enforced things on the server, and your so extremly defensive when somebody doesnt want to be tp'd to but when its me punishing them its the best thing ever and perfectly fine. |

Screaming racial slurs would go under no excessive swearing and spam (if in caps/repeated multiple times). And I rarely teleport to other players, I mostly stay at my faction home or monitor the Magician Shop with it. |

No it is "biased views" because you 3 are perfectly fine and dandy whenever anybody else punishs somebody or i punish somebody who you dont like or just dont care about but the second i punish somebody you like or somebody who disagree with the punishment your right there calling abuse. Your just a forums warrior looking for an arguement and you cant deny that because you know its absolutely true, im just the easiest arguement cause its so easy to call out about authority. If i "abused" as much as you said i did, i never wouldve made it to mod let-alone admin. Learn to accept punishment and maybe you would have so many. |

I only didn't stop because NEITHER of you could name a specific rule I was breaking... I didn't grief, I built it in wilderness and claimed it. II wasnt overclaiming, Or using my commands in an abusive way. There wasn't a rule I broke. You just got your way. And how come I got punished for building it, but you got unbanned for overclaiming and destroying it? |
