So, my little sister on the server, Gypsy_Magic_81 came to me, very upset, as she was just banned from the server after being treated horribly. She took screenshots, which I then looked at and Gypsy_Magic_81 was in the wrong, but Brittnee was too. Lerz muted her, then banned her for 6 hours. I came on, after looking at 2-3 screenshots, but was looking at more. I wanted to find out what happened. As I made valid points, Lerz said to "Drop it. Gypsy is in the wrong" And I agreed she was, but she shouldn't have been the only one punished. As I said I was continuing to look at the screenshots, Lerz muted me for "Not listening to him." Im not aloud to look at screenshots on my computer? Not only that, Lerz used rude language against Gypsy. He told her to STFU, was using caps, and pretty much being unfair because he only say "Gypsy Cussing." I told them she had screenshots to show Brittnee and Smurf were in the wrong too, but as I said before, I was told to "drop it." Just because I refused to drop the subject, then said "Im just going to look at screenshots on my computer then" I was muted. I have pictures of the whole conversation that I had since Gypsy came in upset while I was watching TV. I find this very unfair, as Lerz didn't even listen to gypsy! I agree she was in the wrong, but so were Smurf and Brittnee and Hunter. As I continue to play,Lerz is claiming Gypsy griefed and she doesn't even know where that place is. I don't know if this is to make Gypsy seem like a fake, but its very unfair. Also, I would appreciate it if I could speak instead of being muted. Now that I think about it, someone "randomly" stumbled upon a "griefed place" where a cauldron, grass, and a pressure plate was removed, which is half owned by Wolfwind, half owned by Horizon [Her faction] and they cant overclaim Wolfwind, but it was magically "griefed" by Gypsy. I dont even know anymore. All I can ask is that we get better staff. |

Actually, Lerz had every right to do this, you should listen to staff and respect them. I expected more from you, I thought you were mature enough to accept that your sister was banned. |

Beetle, its not the fact that she was banned, its the fact that other people should have been banned too. |

She hasnt told you the full story. I was treated badly by jesse so i left her faction and made my own with smurf. Jesse was angry since I "forced smurf to leave his faction" so he cursed at both of us. We did not say anything, so lerz muted jesse, not us. Gypsy, being in Jesse's faction cursed too and did not stop when told to. Brittnee did not have anything to do with this but she stood up for me and smurf whilst we were being abused by the other two. Brittnee did deserve a warning, but no punishment was deserved. Smurf and I were talking in faction chat, we stayed away from the drama. Brittnee was in the wrong too though. |

Beetlejuice, he shouldn't of muted either of them because he doesn't want to hear them. He did the same to me :/ |

Lerz, 2 things, in my eyes the ban was justified & the others shouldn't have been punished, but she doesn't have to drop it, arguing isn't against the rules, & don't you f*cking dare tell players to STFU, what right do you have to do that? |

Wowman, if arguments are causing havoc/ ruining the experience for others then we're entitled to force them either to drop the argument immediately or get muted. |

or tell them to make a thread with screenshots of the situation?...telling people to drop it is like asking someone to hold the sun...it's just not going to happen guys...but tell them to make a post so that they can be heard.... it will go a long way in keeping things a bit sane...and allow staff to see the two sides of the same story....just a suggestion... |
