My promotion app?

Hello, this is an application for myself to be promoted.

I am penquinator, a staff member for a good few months. I do not like making applications however I thought that if I am to be or wanted to be promoted I ought to make one. ( I will not be following the application format given )

Now, I would indeed accept a promotion however I wish not to bother anyone with "Please +1 my app" or any of that. I simply wish to see whether players think I am ready. I suppose I should give a few reasons why I think I 'could' be promoted.

I have been on the server for a while now and apart from a few situations with wowman2002 and vulturboy once I first got donator+ (which has been resolved and we're on good terms now ) there's not really been any complaints against me. I admit there is a 'problem' with me and Idventure currently and there was a disagreement with a ban I gave to thomasjones, but apart from these there's not any complaints with how I do my job. I am quite immature I've realised and I do like to have fun, but I think most people take it with a good heart and have fun too.

I think that I am rather helpful and a good colleague to work with. I am on good sides ( I think ) with all of the current staff. Even though my playtime is like 3.82 days I'd say I am active. I do come on atleast once a day unless I have a good reason not to be, and that time usually consists of about an hour or so.

With the promotion I would be greatly honored. Especially to be ranking with some of our best staff members, Blue, James ect ect.

I also often get asked if I can unlock chests, or give power boosts to factions however I am not permitted to do that with my current rank ( Don't take that as a complaint please )

It's sad looking at the history of the server where staff have turn t rogue and have caused chaos around the server but I promise I would never do that. If given the promotion you can count on me NOT to abuse powers. Just like with my current rank I do not believe I have abused my power. Perhaps a few "strict" punishments to grief or spam, but apart from that I've never abused. Right?

Anyway I won't ramble on like I did in my last application because god that was dreadful to read so I will end it here,

Penq is active, mature and kind. Does her job well and definitely deserves a promotion.

Hmm, as much as I would love to see some of our Mods take the place over of the inactive Admins, I don't really think you would be the person to get Admin.

You are besides me, the most active Mod.. I know that.
You like to help others but you are afk a bit.
You can be very rude at times, but you are nice for the most part.
Penq, you do the punishments correctly, so I'd say you're a good candidate for Head-Mod?

Admin has more abilities. Head-Mod is just a tad below Admin. :)

This wasn't really an admin app, just to see if I am wanted to be promoted. I would love Head-Mod status however Tones has that role and I love her much, therefor I wouldn't accept. Unless she gets demoted/promoted FOR OTHER reasons.

Actually Lerz, usually the rank Head-Mod is a higher rank than admin.



The head-mod is in charge of all of the moderators, as well as working as a moderator, he moderates the moderators.


An admin simply moderates the server in a more experienced and complex manner & has more rights.

Yeah that's why I said Admin has more abilities/rights.
Technically Head-Mod is still a lower rank than Admin that I know of.

I don't see you with the same light as before-- I now see you as a pet and a follower instead of a leader..you lack self confidence to judge things yourself and stand by your decision . You also have a way of following people doing things you know to be wrong and for that i can no longer support you -1 plus your not active enough to be Admin...

Thinking about recent events I would like to re open this application for a promotion. This is partly because I am too lazy to re write a whole new application but mainly because alot of comments about me have been positive to my promotion. Ay, Penquinator.

I'll keep my comment short and sweet like yourself, aha.
Penq's an extremely professional moderator when she needs to be, she likes to have fun and play like a normal players untill either you annoy her with dis respect or untill you start breaking rules. Overall I'd say Penquinator is indeed ready for her promotion. +1.

There is no excuse for what ashe said, but no excuse for what Penq said either. Penq is a mod and needs to act like one, not make me and others feel uncomfortable because we see her handling situations like that.
